Now.. Where do I start !!!! My favourite KFC outlet.... in the whole world!! Awesome service n yummy chicken!!! ... this place is still like my second home!! Spent a lot of memorable evenings with my friends here.. Staff here serve you quickly so you won't see long queues here!!
I'm impressed by the improvements at this KFC. The atmosphere has been enhanced very well, the seating has been improved and the service too. I'm glad this KFC has added the digital ordering machines that some restaurants now have. This made the experience of ordering much easier than it used to be. I was also surprised by how much the timing of getting our order has been improved. Considering we got quite a lot of stuff, we only waited 4 minutes! Amazing! I dropped a star because we ordered a tango bottle with our orders but never got it so we had to take everything back to the restaurant and show them our receipt. But it was okay, we got the tango bottle, it was only a small mistake. Otherwise, I am very impressed with the enhancement of this KFC! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently visited KFC in Perry Bar, Birmingham, and overall, I had a positive experience. The food was delicious, and the flavors were on point. Every item I ordered was tasty, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The crispy coating had a nice crunch, and the meat inside was juicy and flavorful. The sides, such as the coleslaw and mashed potatoes, complemented the meal perfectly.
However, I did encounter a small issue during my visit. On a couple of occasions, I found that some items were missing from my order. It was a bit disappointing to not receive everything I had paid for, especially since I was looking forward to trying all the different menu options. While this might have been an isolated incident, it would be great if the staff could pay closer attention to ensure all items are included before handing over the order to the customer.
Despite this minor setback, the overall taste and quality of the food at KFC in Perry Bar were exceptional. The restaurant had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the effort put into making the food flavorful and satisfying. With a little more attention to detail regarding missing items, I believe this KFC branch has the potential to deliver an outstanding dining experience consistently.
Come here very often: always super quick delivery. Clean eating places. Food is tasty, esp the gravy. Great offers on the app, which makes it value for money
Perry Bar KFC is situated in Muslim populated area and they cater Halal Chicken which is very good and gives them edge.
Alhamdulillah it's Halal and staff needs to clean the tables every often then customer will sit comfortably.
A lady called shyamali was absolutely amazing she saw me heading to the toilet with my baby and opened the door for me and even while she was on her break she got me some ice and gave me support while my baby wouldn't stop crying she even got me a fresh meal when my littlen finally calmed down and I was finally able to eat she really was a superstar the best worker we have came across
Not too too bad.
Not too busy either. The chicken was fresh but the zinger burger bun was a bit over done but it was dry anyway.
Thankfully that wasn't my meal 🙃
