Refurbishment has been done up very nicely, the hygiene is so good now and the work staff are brilliant, food was very nice, chicken was tender and juicy and spicy dio burgers are soon coming to this place said the manager.. looking forward to it

The place is super clean & very well presented, staff are the politest you will find in town, food is tasty & fresh everytime. We ordered wings & fries, chicken & fries, cheese burger meal & chicken fillet burger

Well i am kind of guy who never writes or give a review to someone or place unless they are extremely too good or extremely too bad. But guys this place is fabulous.. their food their prices and most of all the staff. It just give me extra peices of wings and been so nice just because my chicken pie
The whole chain of chicken.com stores is kept to an excellent standard. Not only is it the best chicken in Birmingham, they all have friendly and welcoming staff, clean shops and kitchens, and make their chicken from fresh, unlike most who use frozen pre-battered meat.
