I have been dying to try this place and was so excited. Unfortunately after watching them process a total of 1 car every 15 minutes I had to be transported to the morgue after having been mummified in my car. Like seriously I have never in my life seem anything move this slowly, frozen molasses flowing down a slight slope included. I for the life of me cannot understand what possible could take so long for anyone to make anything…let alone a cheeseburger. Legitimately spend almost an hour waiting and there were maybe 10 cars ahead of me. It’s was completely insane. If you do decide to go here for dinner…be sure you have dinner first.
Food was fantastic though, as it should be for a totally handcrafted meal made one at a time, a very long time 🤣

Went for the first time with my parents today and they got the burgers and onion rings and they kept raving on how good everything was. On top of that we took long to decide and asked a lot of questions and Jennifer was so patient and helpful. I don't typically leave reviews but we were blown away at her positive attitude. You don't find people with such good energy and kindness in the service industry much anymore and it had to be noted. Will be back again!

This was the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had in my life, and I am 50 years old. I will start at the beginning...which didn't seem that bad at first... The floors felt slippery like they were covered in grease. I was very unstable and it was like my feet would slip right out from underneath me. I was afraid I would slip on the way to my table. I thought the floors might be wet, although there was no warning.
When I got to my table, I put my arm on the tabletop, and it was also wet. This is when I took a napkin to wipe it dry. I noticed that the napkin had human hair on it! Lots of tiny hairs, and a few large long hairs. I looked closely, and human hair was also on the floor, and ALL OVER the table.
I was embarrassed to complain, so I attempted to just go ahead and eat my food. I imagined that just because the lobby had a problem, didn't mean the kitchen was dirty... Afterall, the kitchen had to be clean, for health reasons, right? Wrong.
I had a salad, which appeared to be old. The apple slices were brown, and the lettuce was limp with brown decay on the edges. I tolerated it, until I got to an apple slice, which had a long hair on it. The apple was in the bottom of the salad, so I realized that I had probably eaten human hair in my salad.
I imagined a greasy water bucket with sludge and human hair, with a rag being used to "clean" the entire restaurant, including the food preparation areas. I felt nauseated and disgusted. I wanted to go home because I felt sick.
I will never visit another Whataburger, EVER. I had always wondered what Whataburger was like, when I saw the sign, but I had never been before this visit. I now have an image in my mind I will never forget.
I took photos of the hair. I still cannot believe this even happened. I never imagined a restaurant could be this filthy. The fact that the hair was on the food is astonishing. I am still shocked. This restaurant should not be serving food to the public.
I don't live near that restaurant, but made a special trip two days later to complain and ask for my money back. The manager, Jennifer, was unconcerned and said she could not refund my money. I will complain to the Health Department. I don't want my family, friends, and other people eating hair, and who knows what else (bacteria and filth).

Very yummy Patty Melt perfectly done. French fries were just OK, they were out if sweet tea in the lobby, I had Dr. Pepper for the first time in a long time. It seemed appropriate with another Texas tradition. Very friendly staff and clean restaurant.

I honestly want to give the best possible review. It was late and I was mentally preparing myself for a poorly assembled burger. But it was perfect. The staff was patient with me and pleasant.

I ordered via mobile for curbside. Told me it would be ready to pickup at x time just to check in. I checked in waited 7 minutes before going in to find out they didn't start making it till I went inside. The poor guy next to me was there before me and didn't come in till after I was leaving. I am pretty sure they mentioned his order while trying to make mine.

I love whataburger but they’re so slow and I waited in the drive thru for over an hour. Once I got my food, the order was wrong. The line was backed up to the street. The workers were not nice either. The line was so long people tried to do curbside via the app but they never got their food and ended up leaving.

Visited this place on a Saturday afternoon. The line at the drive-through was packed and slow moving. So many people say that "they love the burgers here," so I was expecting a really great burger. Sadley, I wasn't impressed. The burgers 🍔are large, yet dry and bland. The milkshakes were really good, which made this experience a bit better. The cost for 2 burgers, 1 large fry and 2 medium shakes cost $21 + change! Quite pricey for the purchase!
