Subway

Whoever was the 'sandwich maker' around 8:30pm on 4/24/21 must have either been on their first day or just plain didn't care. Its not a hard job to make a sandwich. I ordered a philly cheesesteak foot long to be delivered via Uber Eats. What I got was the worst, most sorriest excuse for a sandwich I ever saw. It looked like a 3 year old made it. Mostly bread, hardly any meat, a couple onion slices, 3 tiny half slices of cheese, not even attempted to be heated up. Was completely cold. The cheese not melted at all. What a waste of money. I'll never order from here again. I recommend you take your business to Firehouse Subs. If I was the manager, I would fire this person and get someone who actually cares to do a good job before I loose anymore business.

The second star was only because the fountain drinks were cold. Everything else about this place was embarrassingly bad. The two workers behind the counter were arguing with a customer over a Subway Melt, which they, the employees, said didn’t exist. After she pointed it out on the menu, they acted like they knew that’s what it was and blamed her for her wording. The guy making sandwiches, Kevin, was having to consult a “cheat sheet” for every sandwich he made. Even when it was the same one he just made. After asking a few questions, I was told they were a new team and hadn’t been trained. For REAL?!?!? Who would have let these two work together if neither is trained??? I’d say to avoid this place for long enough to properly trim their employees. Sad.

Sooooo don’t come here at 8pm because even thought they close at 9:30 they make sure you know they do not want to make your sandwich because they close in an hour and a half. Also they didn’t even make our second sandwich right. The guy behind the counter just stared at the menu for 5 minutes “putting on his gloves” trying to get us to leave when we first got there. It was terrible. So go to the subway on the other side of 280 it’s probably better and they might actually make a decent sandwich

Food and service was absolutely horrible! Employers were not washing hands after touching chemicals. Nothing is washed and all expiration dates are changed everyday just to pass their inspection. Don't go there ! Take the extra five miles and go to the one in Chelsea! They are well more clean ! I worked at both places and recommend taking the five mins
