Burger King

I use the location in 5points west and I was also sent some really good coupons in the mail. I probably would not have went to burger King but the coupons brought me there. And the food will keep me there. The food my whopper was very very fresh. It was hot the onion rings were amazing and the sprite was even better. Burger King has fast service with plenty of napkins n onion ring dip. Friendly service they are the best in my book. Thanks again for the service.

I went to this location with my children and my mom. the customer service was horrible not only were they rude and disrespectful. they took my money and then told me they don’t have cones for the ice cream. The customer service is really bad. No common courtesy at thr drive-through and the window. They treat the customers like they don’t wanna be there and it shows! up train this location asap!

This Burger King is sad. They don't pay attention to your order. They will also charge you for items and don't put them in your bag. Almost everytime I go to this restaurant I have the same problem. The drive thru crew is under trained or just don't care. The attitudes are all wrong for customer service.

Horrible. I went in the drive thru., I asked for onion rings in place of fries. With my two combos. Went I got to the window the young man asked what I had and he looked puzzled when I told him. So I paid and he gave me my drinks and I waited for my food. Once I received my bag I checked and saw fries not onion rings. I asked where the onion rings? He said on of the cooks busted the bag on the floor.. we really running out of food.. I said do you have some ketchup? He said no what what wait a minute found some old ketchup packets on the floor to give me. I drove off. When I got to my destination which was 5 minutes away my food was ice cold. Very disappointed

As someone who works in food service, I completely understand the issues that many restaurants are dealing with right now, and the extra stress placed on employees that is not fair to them. However, there is no reason that that should be taken out on a hungry customer who is showing up some time before close! In fact, it seems the trend applies to all restaurants and food service establishments in the area. Again, completely understand how things are, but I apologize that I had the audacity to make a long trip and arrive in town after the dinner rush. Please treat your customers better, you have no idea what we might be dealing with. Food was edible
