Went here for lunch. I ordered the new Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. The sandwich was taste, with a decent sized chicken fillet, and the waffle was soft. I wish they would have put extra maple syrup on the sandwhich. Maple syrup needs to sweeter in my opinion.

At 5:30am on 1/22/22 was sitting in the drive thru. Waiting, waiting..... and waiting..
Sign says this Hardees open at 5am. I waited 10 or more minutes and never got any food because no employee came on speaker to take my order. Was very disappointed because I was craving some sausage gravy and biscuits!

Fresh but Salty tenders, extra salty fries is not what I ordered. Worker was on her phone at the window. It was like my order was rushed. Not only that, went one night for my lunch break store was closed too early at 9pm light's were completely dark no service that night and online it showed closes at 10pm I was disappointed.

I didn't get a receipt, my order was wrong and the drink put out carbonated water. I tried to call and no one answered the phone . Highly dissatisfied. By the time I saw this I was already on the freeway.

I had work in Hardee's ( Birmingham #3 ) for 4 years, and I can say, I had some good ol times in that place 😁, so many memories ...

Waited 10 minutes after I ordered at the drive through for them to actually put in my order with no one else in line. The manager (who was on drive through and took my order) was in the parking lot talking to someone in a public transportation bus the entire time.
Then the manager went inside and around to the window to re-ask me what my order was.
I did finally get my food after an additional 10 minutes.
Food was pretty good but I was expecting some sort of dipping sauce with my tenders.

Wow. So slow!!!! I ordered a chicken biscuit and slider combo for breakfast, and was asked to pull down. I waited 17 minutes for my meal, and I had to go in and get it. No sorry for your wait, or nothing. I didn't even get a receipt!
