Hardee's

Shift manager was so refreshing. She was very pleasant, attentive and friendly. My order came out perfectly, no simple mistakes (like I constantly get from MćDonalds or Taco Bell). The food came hot hot and delicious . The restaurant was quiet and clean , making it an enjoyable dinning experience.

Was in there over 30 minutes this particular Sunday 9-29-19. Go there at 9:37am and didn't leave until almost lunch time. The lady had changed the menu while we were there. I didn't loose my cool but I wanted to. It's not their fault they were short handed. Customers were calling in from the drive thru threatening saying they been waiting over 30 minutes for food after their money was taken. It was crazy that Sunday. I smiled I was extremely late for church. I took a deep breath and said the devil wasn't going to steal my joy that day. I generally do not stop at this particular hardee's but my little son wanted breakfast from here. I probably will never stop at this location again. Service was horrible! The customers were agitated and a few got irate. I don't think a manager was there either. Poor poor raiting for this location. Sorry I had to give this

Horrible staff. Bad GM. Good floor manager. Kitchen staff not well trained. Food was coming out extremely slow if at all. Drive thru line wrapped around the building. Manager in back appeared unconcerned and unbothered while floor manager ran from drive through to front register trying to get food out. I really felt bad for her. She was extremely kind, even while a customer cussed her out about his service and sausage biscuit. Dont go here if you are looking for fast food.
