Rally's

Rally's here off of 1st Avenue North was delicious. The food was served fast and was a fresh as possible. The window cashier named "Danielle" was also nice. The only problem with this Rally's is they have a Massive Pot Hole in their drive through and they have not made ANY attempts to fix or pave it out this year. P.S. Their french fries are TOP 3 in the nation! 😂

Food was great but the service is horrible ! Everyone had on hair wraps which is unprofessional. And trust me they had the attitudes to match . The girl at the window couldn’t get our order right so she snatched the headset off and walked away and someone else had to take our order . To top it off , they gave us a burger that they had already sent out through another customer that was brought back because it was the wrong order . And didn’t bother to even hide the fact that that’s what was going on .

This location use to be on point. Now the food and drive thru service has just gotten boring. The 🍔 was always fresh, and juicy. The 🍟 use to be, to die for. I make better Rally 🍟 now @ my 🏠, when I buy a pack from Wally 🌎. The crew looked clean, & energetic. But now....I guess those days r longggg gone. 😥

Well tonight's experience here reminded me of why I don't eat at any Rally's locations first I noticed how unprofessional the lady was while placing my order. after she gave me my order I asked for ketchup, mayo, and my receipt her rude response was "we ain't got mayo just ketchup" I took the ketchup and again asked (politely) for my receipt this time she looked at me, sucked her teeth and slammed the window shut. So I waited for the receipt which I never received because she refused to come back to the window. Once i made it to my destination i discovered my fries were a small but I ordered medium and they were cold.

IT'S ABOUT TIME.!!!! Rallys eating establishments are closed. You had to have helicopter to go into the parking lot because,the parking lots had 18 wheeler truck size holes,and they were never,ever repaired. They were slow,rude,really,really nasty No!!!! Scratch that!!! All of the stores were filthy. I don't know how they lasted as long as they did. Happy trails to the filthy restaurant known as Rally's. You won't be missed.
