Wednesday, I went to Subway, the one located in the Trussville Walmart, for lunch. They're not busy, and that was the expected because I got there kind of early and I ordered right at 11:00. The two employees that were working had a great sense of urgency about them. They had several orders coming in through their takeout option, as well as two more customers behind me and they never missed a beat. They're very good at what they did and they worked well together as a team. Although I hate Subway keeps raising their prices, they have no control over that and more than likely feel the same. Thank you to the lunch staff at Subway for great lunch.

We had 4 sandwiches and wanted to put them
On separate tickets and they refused and were rude and sarcastic. Overall a bad customer experience.

Black guy with braids who made my sandwich had no mask, no uniform and didn't even know what meats went on my sandwich. My sandwich was literally threw together! First time trying this subway and last!

Just had horrible customer service at this location. 2 mins ago. She was in the back, it appears she was washing dishes. I had to yell back there to get her to come fix my sandwich. Then I ask for Italian Herbs and cheese bread, she rudely says" I dont have Italian Herb and Cheese."
Then I ask for 2 cookies, she proceeds to ring me up without acknowledging I asked for cookies. The total comes to 6.38 with 2 cookies and sandwich, which she has yet give me, I asked how much the meal was and she re ring it up as a meal which was .7 less. I let her know I would do the meal, she took my cash gave me my change and walked off. She didnt even say thank you. I told her your welcome, she kept walking. Terrible service.

I walked up the counter Subway in Walmart/ Trussville, location,
The younglady behind the counter did not make eye contact, she did not speech, I was telling she what I wanted,
She wiped her runny nose with the sleeve of her jacket,
I almost lost it, I told her to forget and walked away.
I tryed to call the store no answer, ( Feburary 17th 2020)
