Rally's

Terrible!!! Had us pull up to bring out food & the ONLY thing fresh were the fries for 3 combo meals totalling$30+. The burger was sloppy from mayo & ketchup just being slapped on it. The lettuce was old, brown, & slimy. Plus the burger meat looked & tasted if it had been under the light all day. Greasy and shriveled up so bad it looked Iike a bfast sausage patty. Just nothing good to say & all the staff were in yoga pants, bonnets, & crocs. I should've cancelled my order when I saw this...no professionalism at all!

I'm super disappointed in it fries was soggy, bread was hard and I drove out the way to come get it because i was wanting some old school rally's then on top of all of that this location did not have a shake machine anymore😒 one thing I can say as a positive that the cashier was amazing and he had great customer service!

Visited The SLOP STOP went through the drive thru ordered two big Buford combos and a side order rally burger combo. Specifically told them through the speaker no onions and no cheese on the Rally burger cause my mother can't eat them. Get home open my sandwich it had a strip of onion no tomato , a strip of lettuce. Call my mom to check her sandwich to see if hers sandwich was ok she said it had onions on it but I took them off. My mother who is a senior had onions on her Rally burger specifically asked them not to put onions nor cheese on her sandwich. Went back through the drive through the young lady acted if she was death either she's death or high as a kite. So I spoke louder and she responded no we didn't put onions on the sandwich we don't even have onions she closes the door in my face . Another lady comes to window she already looks like she didn't want to be bothered and had a very bad attitude . I told her I ordered two big Buford combos and when I got my sandwich it looked like slop and a strip of onions no tomato. She responds where is your food I gave it too her and I set the drink up there to at this point . She responded I don't want that .I responded well I don't want it either at that point I drove off . I definitely didn't want no food from them.I was trying to avoid confrontation with her the Glamour Gold Manager so it wasn't resolved.. I visited this location two weeks Tonya the manager was running the place by herself and the food was fresh and she mention she was short handed and if you want something done you have to do it yourself. After this experience the ladies are slop giver they just there to get a check there atitude display they don't want to be there. I will never visit that location again. It's better to shut the place down if they don't want to be there. The ladies look and carry themselves like some hood rats just there in lala land. No I didn't get money back no I didn't want the food . I just told her you know what keep the money and all. I don't want it and drove off. Please Do Not Get Nothing from this location. They are very unprofessional the second lady got on all this flashy gold jewelry round her neck like she's on a display at work she too cute to correct and order supposedly.. SMH SO SAD!!!! Mrs. Tonya Thank You for my last Rally Burger Combo you are greatly missed. I was told at the drive through you don't work there no more. You were the light of that place and if you do work there it's time to clean house again.. The SLOP SHOP!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST LIKE THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE! Wrong orders bad attitudes rude and very disrespectful THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY if the food good and fresh service will be slow if it's fast 9x out of 10 the order going be wrong and food will be cold or microwaved the employees always moody rude with bad attitudes I REMEMBERED WHY I STOP GOING
