Subway

This Subway was very busy! I accidentally forgot my mask in the car and asked if I might get a couple napkins to cover my face with. A young male employee kindly went in the back and have me a disposable mask. I apologized to everyone and was respectful to the lady who made my sandwich, but did not even get a hello. I'm assuming that she was tired so I continued to say please and thank you. she accepted my payment and did not even say thank you. I was not asked if I wanted a drink or chips. She was just rude. BTW, I was parked at a gas pump a good distance from the door and I have a serious back problem. I had just gotten off of work and I was in a lot of pain, which is why I did not walk back to my car to get my mask.

I called to speak to the district manager. Was told she wasn't available and I know for a fact her number is posted on the wall and the lady on the phone wouldn't give it to me. Yea Subway may be a great place to eat but not this one. From my daughter working here under age with no work permit they knowingly hired her illegally. She was left alone at night to close the store which was extremely unsafe. She was also the only one there to clean up and was short on her paycheck because they said it took too long for her to get out of there. However the same district manager came to my house asking my oldest daughter if she would come work for them because they were desperate for employees. Maybe if you treat them better you would have a larger staff and they wouldn't have to work alone. The food there isn't refrigerated either. Go to the one in Trussville. It's so much better!

Went by this Subway this week and they were out of pretty much everything! They never usually have Italian Herb and cheese bread, which I was ok with, but the only cheese they had was shredded mozzarella and pepperjack! They also didn’t have any pepper which cause me to forget to ask for mayo and mustard so my food was horrible!! Not sure what happened this time around but they could’ve at least put up a sign to let you know what they were out of so patrons would have a choice to place an order. Next time I’ll just have to drive out of my community to visit subway!

Worst Subway I have ever went to. Each time I go the woman behind a counter seems to be bothered that I'm actually bringing business to her job. For the last three times that I have went the same woman has told me that first they were out of money, second the computer system was down, and third they were out of bread. This is ridiculous. She didn't apologize she didn't seem to care. She's never in front of the store and I have to ring the bell to get her attention to come out from the back. Please Subway hire people who actually want to work and do their job and not slackers who bring your business down. This restaurant could have tons of business but instead she runs individuals away with her negative attitude and not keeping merchandise and supplies in stock and ready to be used. How can Subway ever be out of bread that is ridiculous and then she didn't even offer an alternative such as a salad or wrap. She needs to be trained again. Please avoid this Subway at all cost unless you want to get your feelings hurt as well as receive poor customer service
