1 Star today I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries! Well I got a chicken sandwich w/bacon. 2 reasons. 1) I didn’t check my receipt and 2) the guy had no idea what I was asking for! 🤦🏼♂️

I saw a commercial about the new steakhouse burger,looked real good so I went through the drive thru at forestdale store, ordered the steakhouse combo,it had about six shredded pieces of lettuce,two small soggy tomatoes,two thin pieces of onions and the sauce was put on one corner of the bud and the rest of the sauce was on the wrapping paper, it looked a mess, nothing at all like the commercial, I was very disappointed and will not buy another one, the meat was good though, I remade it the best I could using my own bread, I will try another store but I will not visit the forestdale store again

4.5 * almost everytime ive went to this arbys ive had a good experience. The line moved quickly, i received my food fast & it was good, && the cashiers have been nice while still efficiently keepin drive thru goin.
