I normally don't give a restaurant a bad review but please do not order anything from Pizza Hut Forestdale Alabama.I order online and I still had to wait 20 more minutes for one pizza that they gave away after that I went in no manager came to front to apologize. What he going to do was gave me half credit on one pizza instead of gave me credit for both. What was the point of ordering online and my order still wasn't ready. I ask for corporate number they told me that they did not have it. I got no receipt I ask for my money back I been a loyal customer I will not order nothing else from this Pizza Hut.

Waitress and staff nice and good. Food however was not good. Pizza tasted frozen. Pasta was bland. Little to no sauce. The dispensers on the table were sticky and nasty. Place was not clean. Food was under the coke dispenser. The bathroom was disgusting and needs to be remodeled. Other than that the staff was amazing and what gave it the second star. Have a nice day.

The pizza crust was not cooked long enough and the toppings were just thrown on top no cheese and would not stay on the crust. Then they forgot my black olives. It was aweful! I said super Supreme. Nasty attitude from workers and don't try calling you'll be on hold forever. I was put on hold for over 30 mins before I hung up and ordered online. Very disappointed.

It was a terrible experience. Placed an order online, got to the restaurant to pick it up and they could not find my order. After about 30 minutes or so, they finally realized they had given my order to someone else and had to remake it. In all, it took me approximately one and a half hours before I finally walked out with my order. I was fuming. When I got home I called the number they gave me to report this mess and the excuse the supervisor gave me is it happened on a busy weekend night and that's it. I asked to speak with someone from their district office and was told that she wasn't permitted to give out that information. Now I'm really ticked. I just hung up the phone. The restaurant was filthy. Food left on some tables, the beverage area was dispicatable. I will never ever patronizing this place again. And I rate it a big fat ZERO!!!

I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas at 8:43 p.m online as was emailed that my order would be ready at 9:15. I pull up to the drive thru window at 9:30 and was told I had a five minute wait on one of my pizzas with no explanation as to why it was late only to wait 8 minutes again with nothing but a sorry. I paid for my pizzas online, why did it take so long??? Just wondering

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering a pizza. I waited over 2 hours and when I tried to cancel, no one even answered the phone.
P.S. All the 5 star reviews that this place has are probably people that work for Pizza Hut or this or with that particular location so that they can try to balance out all the 1 and 2 star reviews.
And P.P.S. The food is usually great, save for when your order takes 3 hours to show up and everything is cold. It’s just that the service is so torturous. If you want your pizza hot and fresh, make sure you actually go to the store so that they won’t forget your order or decide to start on it four hours after you’ve placed your order.

Very disappointed. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even noticed we were there. When we were sat our drink order was taken and brought to us promptly, along with menus. We then sat and sat and sat. Our server never came back to take our order. We tried to get her attention every time we saw her checking on the other customers, but she never looked our way. Mind you they were not at all busy. There were 2 other seated tables and they were already eating when we arrived. When one member of my party of 3 went to the counter to let someone know we were ready to order, the staff was too busy talking and laughing to even acknowledge her. That was the last straw. As we were getting back in the car to leave, our server finally decided to check on us. She ran out the door asking if we were leaving and seemed angry when we said yes.

Only reason they got one star is because I can't give zero. Ordered my food offline only to enter all my info to be notified that my online order couldn't be processed and to call the store because they weren't accepting online orders. After calling and finally getting them to answer the phone and asking for a manager who refused to come to the phone at first, they finally were able to find the discount code for the online order. Thought everything would be good until I got there to pick up my food and was given the wrong type of pizza. Employees had an attitude because they had to give customer service as well. Will NOT be returning to this location.
