Pita Cafe

We came in with three people today for lunch, it was clean and the food was fine but service was terrible. Not very welcoming or friendly, employees were yelling in their native language, no refills, the waiter was sitting at a booth playing with his phone so finally one of us got up to ask him for a new diet. When he brought it, he was talking on his cell phone and didn’t say a word to us. Unbelievable. He was talking on his phone several times after that so it took a while to get the check etc. This place might be good for carry out but we’re gonna stick with La Marsa.

The service isn’t the best. Went in to get bread and garlic. Was told I couldn’t use my debit card if my order was under $5, which is fine. I asked what flavors of smoothie were available and menu was flung in front of me.The cashier was extremely rude, snatched my debit card out of my hand. Will not be returning to this location.

gave a 2 because the food is inexpensive and good, however the service is not good. The manager has disrespected me on multiple occasions. I've ordered eraps/sandwiches that was basically unprepared, and when I questioned why I was basically told the cooks are too lazy to wrap them smh. I've walked out of this place multiple times wondering why are they in the restaurant business if any basic request is met with impatience and hostility. I've worked in busy restaurants, I dont understand it.

I see some people complaining... Listen, im as white as it gets, I walked in, they greeted me politely, answered my questions about the menu, brought my food out within minutes and oooooooeeee it was sooo delicious! Maybe some ppl had bad experiences here but not me. Will definitely be coming back!! Reminds me of Christmas day since my family has this type of food every year.
