Eli Tea Bar

I used to love Eli tea, they had amazing quality teas and the atmosphere was amazing. I love how they support other small business and are open later. The last couple of times though my experiences have been horrible. My drinks were forgotten about and the tea was watery with no flavor. The tea isn’t very cheap either so it’s extremely frustrating. The place seems disorganized and understaffed. The menu placement makes no sense and is very inefficient especially when it gets busy. It is impossible to read it when others are ordering since they are blocking it. The menu also changes right in the middle when you are mid reading it. I’m very disappointed since I’ve been going here for years and it has always been my go to place. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else from now on.

I am not an avid tea connoisseur, but I can say my few experiences at Eli Tea have been wonderful. The employees are very helpful with suggestions, knowledgeable about the products, and extremely friendly. Have told quite a few people to go here. Everyone that has, has been very pleased with the experience.

Ordered a traverse cherry ice tea I believe it was called and a peach white bubble tea and the cherry tea was very good. It was tart which I like, I’d you like sweet teas make sure you add sweetener. The peach white was pretty good too but the boba wasn’t all that, no flavor in them. The actual cafe was nice and clean and the staff was nice. Will go back for sure.

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been here many times because it’s a spot my friends choose and it ALWAYS disappoints! The drinks are horrific. Especially the rosehip bubble tea. the regular bubble tea is gross too. i don’t remember what my friend ordered but we were both disgusted and threw them away. There is a starbucks is steps away and I recommend everyone to go there instead.
