We had Lamp chops , dynamite shrimps which was tasty , the ribs could've been more tender, American Angus burger was a hit. Also enjoyed the soft brownie with custard. It's a small but very well presented place with good customer service.
I don't usually do this, but the service and food at meatzmuntzst was exceptional, so I promised the owner I would share it. Love supporting new businesses, especially the small family-owned ones!
Apparently we came a day before their opening, but they welcomed us with open arms masha'allah. Offered us a discount too!
It's a new steakhouse with great decor and feel. Amazing food (one of the best ribs I've had) at great prices.

Excellent restraunt, met the owners. They were really welcoming. The staff were amazing and great food. Had the ribs, loved it. Definitely coming back again.
I had the chicken nachos and the T bone steak with cheese sauce. The cheese sauce wasn't on the menu but you know what they say, "if you don't ask you don't get". The chicken nachos was so lovely and the cheese sauce would be any cheese fan dream. I asked for a medium rare T bone and that's exactly what I got. To be honest this place should be a 5 star restaurant.
Food and customer services was amazing. This was our first visit and will be going there again! We had the mix platter a little bit of everything and it was fresh all meats where flavoured individually making the experience even more enjoyable🙂
Lovely food and atmosphere had two of my brothers and niece birthday party booked. food was good and service. Their steak is mouthwatering delicious.
A lovely new restaurant with great food and friendly service. Tried the T bone steak and dynamite shrimps. One word - Delicious!! This place brings something new to Small Heath. Will be back to try the other delicacies on the menu. Well done and thank you guys!

Really good place. Ordered the All American. Service was excellent and they were really attentive. This sort of place was needed in small heath. This is not a fast food place so don’t go with that expectation!
Can I just start of with the service was spectacular, prompt and polite. The food though, was delicious. The burger was perfect and was not too oniony. The steak though - i recommend it so much. Get it !!!

This place came up on Google maps and I checked the reviews. Some were really good reviews and others very poor, upon reading the negative reviews I realised that most of them have only posted that one review (which makes me think it's fictitious reviews to bring the overall score down) but anyway I thought I'd give it a shot as the prawn dynamite intruiged me.
I have to say food was really good, we ordered the meat platter and the prawn dynamite. The prawn dynamite was succulent and really well flavoured, the beef was cooked medium-medium rare perfectly (I'm used to local places over cooking steak), chicken was juicy (even the breast).
We received complimentary brownie with ice cream, wow; that was really really good. Soft and gooey and had caramel in there.
Service and atmosphere was really good aswell. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. I don't really have anything negative to say. Only downside I guess would be that it is quite small overall so if you went with a large party you'd definitely have to book.
Will 100% go again.
PS if you could make blondies (white chocolate version of brownies) the same way that would be amazing.
New owners have really transformed the place. Food is made quicker than other places but without sacrificing the taste.
Had the all-American burger meal here, and service was amazing. Drinks served in glass with ice and chips are proper quality, not too oily and with various spices, not only that but portions are also double the size of the average place.
Burger itself was brilliant, the beef was top quality.

Went to check this place out with some family. Restaurant has nice interior and wonderful decor. We ordered burger, steak, ribs and chops! I tried everything and it was all delicious especially the sides. The dynamite shrimps are a must order! This restaurant is a league above everything else you find in this area. I was surprised they got our order right as we were a large group.
I came today with my wife and baby and was pleasantly surprised by this classy little place on Muntz street. The service was amazing from the get go with the owner and waiter constantly checking up on us to make sure everything was okay. The waiter also went above and beyond when he took our 5 month baby daughter when she was refusing to settle so we can enjoy our food. The food itself was delicious. The lamb chops were onpoint and I really enjoyed the pink homemade sauce. The ribs were exquisite, I honestly was not expecting them to taste as nice as they were. For quality food the price was surprisingly low but I am not surprised with how many people are complaining on here as it is based in small Heath and most people here do not taste anything more than chicken and chips. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in and around Birmingham if they want a good evening out with their spouse or family :)
I was pleasantly surprised with this place, it's not the run of the mill gourmet burger joint, they really have made a distinct effort to raise the standard.
Mostly ordered online and have a had bouts of 3 days in a row where I've just kept on ordering! Especially the smokey burger, absolutely fantastic! Kebabish and Chops are good too.
Tiny little gripe; standard fries with the burger meal are not done so well or they not a good quality brand: just pay extra and get the other chips option, but I won't let that detract the overall score. Well done keep it up!
So refreshing to finally find a place that is both aesthetically pleasing, not pretentious and has incredible food too! Lots of places have dynamite shrimps on their menu, but these guys serve the BEST I've tried. Order the ribs too, you will not be disappointed 👌 Will definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu.
Visited on Saturday for the first time. Excellent food. Steak cooked to perfection. Wonderful hospitality shown and the Brownie they offered after the meal was the best one i have ever tried! 5 stars. Highly recommended.
New place in town so I checked out with my wife. Ordered the ribs and the All-American burger. The ribs were great, first time having it but would come back for that! The All-American is good too. The service was good too and food came out quick.
