Had a fantastic meal there. We came at lunch time, but we’re given table by a window in airy room with a lot of plants around and nice view to the Art museum. Food is mix of Iranian and Bombay style. All dishes were delicious with a lot of vegetarian options. Fried okra was highlight of the table. W
Had read great online reviews about this place. It stands up to the claim 😁. Chic interiors and atmosphere.. warm staff.. great service and absolutely delicious food! Would recommend it highly for an authentic Indian culinary experience. Kudos to the serving staff. (Leaving half a star since there i
Still talking about the experience, the food was amazing and the ambience and interior design was stunning. Our waitress was lovely, she had a great personality. The mutton pepper fry and prawn pathia and okra fries were stunning but the real highlight was the choccy pudding with chilli ice cream!.
The restaurant had a great atmosphere, walked in on a bank holiday and got seated straight away. Service was excellent and server was very informative. Food was amazing - Portion sizes were relatively small, however this almost added to the luxury dining experience. The chicken tikka roll was absolu
What have we been missing - Outstanding! Firstly I’m going to say we have checked online reservations during the day many times to see no availability! However clearly we should have just walked in, personally I’d highlight that on the website as this could be our 10th visit not 1st! The food is s
Visited this place to check out all the hype and I must say 9/10 for atmosphere, food presentation 9/10 , customer service 9/10 taste of the product 9/10 ; value for money 9/10 so why did they score 9/10 on everything, honestly if the staff where little more careful from food presentation to custom
Restaurant was very nice, a lot larger inside than I thought it would be. The staff were very friendly and polite, and served you quickly. We were able to get a table for two without a booking on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't too busy inside. Lots of food options, and they ask if you have any dietar
I had an amazing time at Dishoom! The place had a cozy vibe, and the food was mind-blowing with all those delicious flavors from different cuisines. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. I'm definitely going back for more! Highly recommended!
I've been here a couple of times for breakfast now and it's been fantastic. I'm unlikely to visit later in the day because they use hallaal meat for their menu at that time, but the morning menu is superb. I'm a big fan of the wrestler's naan roll with quality eggs, bacon, & sausage in. Last time I
Enjoyed the place a lot. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was very ambient and I liked it, however it was a bit too noisy for my taste.
My partner and I are huge foodies and have for sure found our new favourite restaurant. The stunning atmosphere, authentic and delicious food coupled with the exceptional service makes this perfect, especially for breakfast!
First time to Birmingham! I am glad I didn’t eat the hotel breakfast and go straight to this restaurant. Their chicken liver curry with the soft bun is really very special. Full of spice and aroma. Chai Tea is bottomless. Attentive staff Mr Rohan with great services! Thank you very much!
Excellent food, we let the waiter recommend and did not disappoint. The soda was nice, brings back memories of soda from any asian country when young. The samosas are really nice and highly recommend. Shame what they did to the poppadoms.
I had a lovely experience for my birthday, our waiter with the turban was excellent and the lovely chap with glasses outside was so nice and helpful and recommended the prawn dish with romali roti. Chilli cheese toast was delich. Such a great atmosphere. Would’ve liked a bit more lighting on the tab
Dishoom really is a delight for all of the senses. The flavours and aromas are unmatched by any Indian restaurant I have tried here in the uk and the ambience truly is wonderful. They really care about the finer details and it comes across in the authenticity of their food and the presence of cintho
Oh my goodness... what a gem! I just can't fault this place at all!!! The food was heavenly, the service was incredible - amazing menu knowledge, and the atmosphere was such a vibe! Especially for a Tuesday evening! Couldn't recommend this place enough 👌🏼 👏🏼
Really great atmosphere and nice customer service. Food was also good. Starters especially. But I didn't like the mains as much. I had ordered a paneer curry and I didn't feel like the paneer was fresh at all. TBH I was a bit disappointed as I had high expectations after seeing the rating and review
Scrumptious food, great atmosphere, quick and personable service. Best Indian I’ve had in a long time. The Mattar Paneer was especially delightful. You can understand why you need to book in advance and it’s always packed.
