Ivy's Cafe And Ale Room - Birmingham - Photo album

had a mother's day box from here and have to say it was a great box of excellent food. it was for 3 people but fed more. cakes were very well made. and everything in the box was very tasty. Will definitely be going back for more. Will be trying the ales as soon as they let us.
Nice, homely place with local craft ale and cracking food.... Addendum. Now trading as cafe only. 06/22
It's great in there, everyone is so welcoming. It doesn't have a licence anymore so they don't sell ale/alcoholic drinks. It is spacious, the food is amazing. Everyone I've taken has always said the same. Emma and Dollie (Steve) always make you feel really welcome.
Second time in for breakfast, both times have been exceptional service, good food and great tea! Everyone is so friendly and the staff are very attentive. They are also dog friendly!
Had Sunday lunch, roast lamb with all the trimmings, home made rice pudding, absolutely lush. All freshly cooked, definitely recommend this cafe , do a lovely freshly cooked breakfast, too.
Nipped in for a drink just before closing on a Sunday. 3 keg taps and a decent selection of beers in the fridge. Used to sell cask, but not any more. Lovely welcome and great little garden out the back. Will definitely be back, best place for a drink in the area
Now just a cafe and it was a shame I missed it when it had the Ale Room. Still, great service, friendly and top quality food.
Honestly the best service ever had. Unbelievable food and amazing place to get breakfast 😊
Great service and friendly staff. The customers were very sociable. Very clean and nice fresh food
Excellent breakfasts. Turns into a brewpub on Friday and Saturday evenings, with an excellent selection of craft ales. Lovely staff.
