Really friendly staff in this Pret. I come here almost daily on my way to work and is perfect for meetings in an informal space. Food is always fresh and served with a smile. Staff are very knowledgeable on the menu and allergens. Brilliant addition to the Pret chain.
First visit to the new Pret on Newhall Street. It's opposite the 103 Colmore Row site. Multiple levels inside. Free WiFi. Spacious.
I've been a regular customer at this location for some time now. The customer service is fantastic. The team is really friendly, they engage in conversation with customers and it's a really nice atmosphere.

A great Pret A Manger Coffee Shop. Lovely, friendly staff who always manage to quickly make a quality coffee first thing in the morning even when it is busy.
Visited today for the first time and absolutely loved my experience there. Staff are very friendly, asked a staff member for a recommendation and followed his suggestion of a smoothie and I loved it!! (Mango and pineapple smoothie btw). Very reasonably priced as well :)

My first visit to this new beach of Pret, which only opened a couple of weeks ago. It has bags of space inside, and windows at the back to give it plenty of natural light. Everywhere still has a sheen of newness to it, and so far I'm impressed. I'll make this a regular stop.

Handy location, tasty wraps and worked well for a quick lunch stop. Place is really spacious so was able to find a seat even on a busy lunchtime.
A great place for breakfast or lunch when in the City Ctr on business or shopping. Great selection of freshly made food and drinks. Plenty of space and nice atmosphere- have even used for informal meetings.
Well stocked, clean, and with friendly service.
Nice place but please blend your smoothies more, I had to chew my way through every mouthful!
