Mythos Greek Taverna - Birmingham - Photo album

THE best Greek restaurant in Birmingham. Having come from a Greek Cypriot background myself, I can honestly say this is very authentic Greek. Cooked fresh, amazing service and the atmosphere is incredible. I’d recommend the mixed grill for one and calamari as my faves but it’s all so nice! Great co
Very good greek restaurant in the center of Birmingham. The place is finely decorated and the staff are amazingly friendly. The food was superb! We had the souvlaki (chicken and hallumi) with fries and salad. Amazing!!
If you like Greek you will live this restaurant. If you've not had Greek try this restaurant and you will love it. Felt very authentic great decor. Food was like actually being in Greece. The pre theatre deal had enough choice of the right things. Portions were spot on and the food tasted phenomenal
Our first time to dine here: the atmosphere was like we were in Greece, the service was professional and friendly. Food was delicious the mix grill was perfectly cooked and the serving portion was big enough for two people 😋 seems like it is an authentic Greek restaurant. Definitely recommend this p
Very lovely servers that kept us updated on delays (even though it was barely anyway wait). Helped us take photos too. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Really enjoyed and would recommend.
Ordinary greek restsurant, good food though. Very nice cocktail. Passion fruit with mint, sweet and fresh. Halloumi cheese delicious.
So so goooooood!! 🥹💓 We first stumbled upon Mythos on Deliveroo, and the food was so good we had to eat in person. 🌸
Food very tasty but portions are a bit too small for the prices. The service was very nice and prompt. Served by Christina! Thank you
Thank you to our waitress Drina who made the meal special yesterday for my boyfriends birthday. Overall the food was good, great decor and atmosphere. We would love to visit again and try out some more dishes off the menu to remind us of home! My fav feature were the little Greek flags that were on
Wasn’t this a pub? The pub, whose name escapes me, occupied a prominent position on Hurst Street, at the rear of the Arcadian. I remember summer days where folk would gather outside, perched on benches, sipping Special Brew. 8 months ago the scene changed. Mythos Greek Tavern gracefully replaced i
Lovely food, setting and staff. After reading the low ratings I was a little worried but I don't know what they were on about. Can't say I've ever been served by nicer staff, all the food was lovely, it is a little pricey but worth the premium. Would highly recommend this place, definitely worth try
Reminded us of our dinner experience in Athens, so ya, quite authentic I think.
There were four of us in our party two of whom had never eaten Greek food before and were slightly apprehensive. We had starters , main courses , a sharing desert including an amazing rose ice cream plus cocktails . We rated the food out of ten 8.5 to 9.5 .They lost some points on too much ice in on
Wonderful experience here, the food was gorgeous and price reflected the tasty food. I had the Halloumi Souvlaki and asked to substitute the fries for rice, which was accommodated with no problem. My Mum had the Vegetarian Mousaka and we shared a side of the lemon roasted potatoes (which were to die
2nd time absolutely amazing Food service and atmosphere, whoever looking for real Greek food this is the place to go to.
A few girl friends and I went to Mythos for the first time last night for dinner, and it certainly will not be the last. There is a vast selection of meat, fish and vegetarian options. You will not leave Mythos hungry! The presentation of the dishes were immaculate and flavours were so delicious. Po
Lovely Greek restaurant, (right opposite the hippodrome), we will definitely be coming back, we had a mixed grill to share between 2, beautifully cooked so tasty. With a side salad. The staff are really friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed, and welcoming, the decor is also very beautiful, w
Went last night for a pre theatre meal. Disappointed that we could only have the theatre menu, however, food was good. Starters were good but the Dolmades were so sour (surrounded with lemon) so didn't eat them. Moussaka was lovely and so were the halloumi skewers. Overall, a good experience with
