Jamaya Colmore Row - Birmingham - Photo album

It’s in a nice location (City Centre) and has put a spin on the Jamaican dishes they serve. The service was pretty slow and the waitresses didn’t really seem inviting (I went on a Monday afternoon and they were not busy). The Mac and cheese was good but way too much seasoning was put on top. It woul
Having tried the main other 2 Caribbean restuarants in Birmingham City Centre, Jamaya is No.1. Let's start from the atmosphere, it is nicely decorated, full of vibrant colour and nice lighting, the staff are polite and nice on arrival, no miserable faces , smiles and laughs all round. We were seate

First time visiting and what a lovely experience. The vibe is chilled and laid back. I loved the music and the food was served fast and tasted amazing. The potions were really good sizes and the waitresses were super attentative. I particularly liked the cocktails, which had jerk spices around t
Jamaya's never let's me down when hungry. Sunday roast is very yummy, apart from the cold Yorkshire pudding. Kids meal really is mini and is for a 5 year old, that was disappointing along with the size and price of the chocolate brownie. On a positive, great cocktails and the food is delicious an

Food was 10/10 everyone left happy, service was perfect, I’m celiac and can’t have gluten, was fed every option available and felt so accommodated and taken care of. Definitely coming back
Staff was attentive and service as expected. Good food and value for money. Didn't try cocktails. 4 stars overall so worth a visit.
Went for dinner on a Friday night and the restaurant was beautiful. The food was great too with the portion sizes making sense! Great to have a nice place to get Caribbean food from instead of having to settle for turtle bay
A little bit of a mix up with the booking which was quickly rectified. The food was delicious, just the right amount for a brunch. We had an amazing waitress called Juliana who was very helpful and made our experience all the better. We will definitely dine here again
The food was well presented and served promptly. The mac and cheese was tasty, the jerk burger was slightly salty but not overpowering and the festival was perfect. The atmosphere matched the cuisine, vibrant and fun. Staff were pleasant.
Ok this place looks good inside the staff friendly. We ordered Brown Stew chicken and jerk chicken salad plus two drinks. The food was good portions just right. The drinks however were another matter. I had the ginger beer. I expected the drink to have a kick to it from the ginger and in a larger gl
I loved the restaurant vibes, the music, the decoration and also the waiters. They were good-looking, smiling all the time and provided a good good good service. Thank you so much.
