This used to be my go to Boba shop but now it’s not. The other day I went in and asked the one of the employees is that strawberry lemonade and she said “no it’s something else” so I proceeded to ask again and she pomegranate spritz.
Like who gate keeps a damn drink. You’re supposed to encourage your customers to want to buy it not hide what you’re drinking. I’m sorry but Naughtea Boba has gotten down hill and I go now go to bubble street cuz the people there are respectful and polite.

I'm a regular customer that travels from a different city for this place so please add the correct timings on google as it shows close at 11pm everyday but there's been days where i make the journey and the shop is closed by 9pm (this happened again yesterday). It's very unfair and unreliable so please sort this out.

yummy bubble tea even tho the balls r rlly hard to get out. aria was sooo nice and had very good quick service. loved da technique with getting the lid thing on.

Absolutely fabulous. When I went, there was two workers I think their name was masooma and nikola they were really nice and helped on what to buy as I am new to boba and must I say they didn’t disappoint, it was exactly what I was looking for so I’d like to say a big big thank you to them. I will definitely come again.

Love the customer service from masooma and Nicola gorgeous girlsssssss gave me great recommendations to come here and I had to bring 10 of my other friends to come thru and order and they told me their experience was immaculate they definitely deserve a pay rise I’ve never seen such customer service before thank you guys definitely coming often love itttttt

Went today for the first time and so delighted with the service received by Yupeng. He was the only member of staff present and despite there being quite a few of us who are incredibly indecisive, he remained extremely patient and positive. He gave us recommendations on best sellers and talked us through other alternative options too. Very lovely, and we look forward to visiting again.
A shame that quite a few options were out of stock, but I'm sure we'll get the chance to try others. Best service we've received in a while- need more staff like this!!! 😄
