Karak Chai - Birmingham - Photo album

Incredible experience. Decor was beautiful and food and tea was on delicious. I’d recommend the desi breakfast. Great service especially from Isa who was very polite and friendly to me and my family as we dined inside. All in all had a great time dining here and would definitely come back and recomm
Very good menu.. Good selection of tea and coffee.. Less staff making it worse.. Wall decorations and lightings are good. But need attention..
My friends and I come here every weekend as a treat. I love their karak chaii but the street food is also a must, especially the kebab roll…yummm! It can get busy at times but the staff are attentive and warm. They added English breakfast recently which I really enjoyed. Definitely worth a visit!
I had a good experience. Music is played quietly so I had stayed in as I could hear my thoughts. I ordered the cheesecake as a treat. It was a nice environment. People came and went and the tables were clean. The till lady was really busy and still managed to attend phones and see to delivery driver
Very nice tea, had good snacks as well
Pleased. Excellent interior decoration. Ceiling was amazing with word “Karan Chai”translated in many languages. Great lighting and look. There is a Photo wall setup with an bench. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I order a large with 1 extra cup and he was so helpful. Thanks to him. Soho Roa

My first time visiting was on Friday and i will definitely be returning, i was served by a waiter named Owais who catered to mine and my family’s needs perfectly. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was okay, it’s great to see that amazing customer service like this still exists.
Very tasty food and would highly recommend the desi breakfast also the staff were very polite as they catered to me and my families needs. The music was great as well as the shops decorations and layout.
This is a really nice place and a very warm welcome. The food is spot on. I had the desi breakfast and it was amazing with the complimented tea. Rhea who served us was also very welcoming with good customer service. Will be coming back
I discovered a hidden gem in the morning went in for a hot drink and a bite to eat, chai was lovely & the food was sooo good! Staff polite and friendly Good atmosphere and pretty decor. Better than the mainstream coffee shops and fast food places I got a Karak chaii roti & Dahl for under £5 👍🏾
brilliant place for remote working or an “outside office”, however, a major downside of the cafe is the extremely obnoxiously loud music, which leaves you unable to have any productive meetings and makes one drown it out with headphones. Cannot fault the great staff Wi-Fi and tea though.
