This was our first visit and a very bad experience I assumed this was a good franchise and paid for the food. However this will be our first and last visit food undercooked as asked for well done… it came undercooked even on our second request the food was still same as the first serving…. Very appealing by the time we asked for the sauces the food got cold… the food wasn’t piping hot it….food made us sick… food overpriced not good value for money… and the standards don’t match what we paid for!
