Was good and empty, nice seating area, tables were clean. Tried the new improved fries. Improved but still not mcds fries but that personal choice. Didn't use the drive through just went to eat in, paid via machines, staff polite and friendly. Fresh strips were great!

A delightful experience at this KFC branch. The Manager called Darren went above and beyond for us. We really do appreciate it and it definitely did deserve some praise and a lovely review. Thank you, Darren :)

This place is behind Frank and Benny's I got the 20 chicken wings and extra chips. I was to wings short of plenty of chips but they were sucking you not phone they were not typical KFC chips like a Blackburn Bristol for example it was. Chicken wings where where battered very good and cooked nicely . One team leader that has no manners. Omar was super. They had two new staffs I forgive them For lacking any knowledge and basic communication skills. I w I'll come again Update July 2023. Best KFC in UK. Great service overall and food consistently super, burgers, wings, fries.

This place is halal. We often come here as one elder daughter's just loves KFC! Anyway the place is clean, good is of good quality but the service let's the place down as you can be waiting for someone to take your order as they seem to be fulfilling 'Just Eat and Uber' orders. Ended standing around for 5 minutes or so before I even got served and I was at the till - standing in front of the staff then waited another 10 mins for my food. So prepare to wait!

I want my Sweet chilli bites to be warm for once... Not here... Chuffin frozen by the time you hand your cash over 😂👍

Nice small outlet, staff and service is good. Great things are that they offer ketchup, they have option of ice cream/ pineapple stick in kids meal which I like, as I have to eat frozen pineapple because kids don't fancy that. Nice parking outside. Perfect get away when you are out with family for shopping in retail park or watched a movie with family in showcase cinema.

We went through the drive through. It was quick and we received our order correctly. We got the wicked party box with two large sides. It's definitely a lot of food for 3 people at £20.

Shocking service yesterday, staff too interested in talking to each other and not serving... 15 minutes we waited to be served, it started to get busy but we were next in the que with only customer stood at the checkout. Upon being served our food was put on a tray whilst we were waiting for a burger, 15 minutes later the food was cold and we were still waiting for a burger. I asked to speak to a manager, upon waiting for the manager all of the chicken was taken from under the heaters and put in bags and then binned, I asked why and I was told the chicken had dried out... forgetting it had only been put under the heaters fresh 5 minutes prior to that, everything was very sussed and the staff looked pretty worried. I was also told the manager was dealing with a serious situation with a customer and she wouldn't be a moment and then the fresh chicken was binned.... After speaking to the manager about our food that a colleague refused to keep warm she then got fresh meals for us and also stated that we should have been given fresh chicken anyway as that chicken couldn't be eaten.... So poor poor service and I would love to know the real reason as to why the chicken was binned, it was busy enough for that chicken to not dry out, the que after we was served was to the door and the drive through was a constant stream of customers so in no way had that chicken had time to dry out due to no water being under the heater trays as we were first told. Certainly won't be going back in a hurry

Disgusting !!! Got a wicked zinger meal. Eating the burger and there was a massive hair not only inside but one had been cooked with the chicken as well !!!! Rang up and they offered me another burger ! No way thanx ! Manager was suppose to be ringing , never did ! Sent a complaint to head office , not heard back. Horrible ! Never again will I go to KFC. It's always a mess as well

In the time we waited in the drive through they must have killed, de-feathered and cooked the chicken.......service is so bad at this kfc, always is so not a one off. Menu crap as well don't have half the items a normal kfc does ie big daddy box meal

Birstal KFC is the worst KFC I have ever been to! Bought a three piece chicken meal and got three little wings for 7 pound then rung to complain and the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me I should have asked for big pieces of chicken and I would of got them! Worst customer service and food I have ever experienced! Make sure when you go to birstal KFC you ask for big pieces of chicken otherwise you will end up with 3 wings and chips for 7 pound!! Certainly will not be returning here again!

Not my rating of kfc but the new chips are horrendous kfc sort it out don’t fix what ain’t broken

We always go to this one the staff are very welcoming the food is great and the place is very clean, keep up the good work and thanks to you all.

I have called at this KFC several times over the last few years and it doesn't get any better. The foods ok, usual KFC, with no complaints but it's just the service! It's soooo slow especially when it's meant to be 'fast food'. It's chicken and they have to ensure it's cooked through etc so I don't expect it to materialise immediately but really 15/20 minutes to get served and get food? When the restaurant is only a third full and the drive through is not even queuing! If I am rushing (even slightly) I haven't called here which is a shame as the foods good, when you get it! �. The staff are pleasant enough but they do 'chat a lot between themselves' which doesn't necessarily mean your food is being delayed because of this but you do tend to feel that way! Speed up guys and I'm sure you'd all get a bonus! ��

Don't do double down meals with bacon because it's halal but every where else dose it with bacon ( BOLLOX )

Decided to have a catch up with a friend here. Ordered the meal and had a really good chat. Have just received a parking fine of £100 as we took too long! Never thought that there would be parking limits as we've been to a few eating places at junction 27 and stayed a lot longer. They should inform customers about the parking limits so they are aware and can move their cars in time. It was a dark winters evening when we went so didn't see any signs as we wanted to get in the warm and there was nothing inside to inform their customers.

It's not often I leave a review for fast food joints but felt that I really needed to leave a few comments after calling in this evening with my daughters. I was served by a young man called 'Zane' who was welcoming, courteous & professional. We sat down to eat, and a fellow diner had an argument with his bottle of Fanta - the fizz uncontrollably spraying his children and their food! Zane was clearing tables and happily came across to assist when I asked him. He then appeared 10 minutes later with a dustpan and brush to sweep the floor and clear the tables, whilst still being polite and courteous. He was then back behind the counter swerving customers with a smile when we left. In a nutshell. Well done Zane - I hope KFC recognise your great customer service.

Cold fillet burger, returned and replaced with hot but no apologies, no smile.

Just got back from drive through after waiting for them to resolve an issue with the car 1 up from us. Cold fries, cold fillet burger, cold strips & no dip. Travesty of a KFC.

Went last night before cinema...board showed Nashville Hot box meal so ordered it and got told not available....wasnt offered the newest one then had to wait for my zinger burger nothing ready and wasnt given a receipt either only time i spoke to caahier was to give my order!! Guys c'mon communicate with your bloody customers and know whats on sodding offer

The staff need more training. She didn't smile and to be honest I don't even think she said anything to us. Communication skills were so poor. I would dread to see their mystery guest reports. Worst KFC I have ever been to

Went today, was looking forward to it, drove 5 miles back home to find we’ve been given the wrong burger and wrong sauce on the southern bites ! Given the money it costs to have a kfc I’d expect better.

Decided to try and impress this new bird I've been working on by taking her to KFC birstall. Being from Gipton, she was suitably impressed by the the scraps of food left on the table by the previous scroat family occupants, in fact I had to stop her eating it all for fear that she might ruin her appetite. Well..... no such fear, the fat berd went onto demolish a family bucket and a gallon of rola cola. Despite me spending a fortune, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and celebrated by having a shag in the car park. We will return.

Went to birstall KFC drive through last week. Service was shocking, didn't feel confident that my order was right, knew they weren't concentrating. Got home and paid for items were missing. Didn't drive back up due to the rest going cold. Also the chips, were freezing and the gravy was like dirty dishwater. Not acceptable

I wonder how much profit KFC make a day just by simply not giving customers their full order they have paid for????!!!?
