Review Farmers Arms Birtsmorton - Birtsmorton

Lovely spot for lunch with a nice atmosphere. Seating available on the well manicured lawn and inside. Wait staff are excellent, but they did get our order wrong ordering inside. Dogs are allowed. Food is average, and a latte is incredibly expensive at almost £4 (prices went up).

Booked for three of us at lunchtime today First time here but for sure not the last. Friendly staff, excellent service and proper pub grub at sensible prices Went back today for Sunday lunch and very pleased we decided on a return trip. Best Sunday lunch in a pub for ages Great service great food and a wonderful atmosphere throughout

Fantastic old style pub serving a good selection of beers also lager and very dog friendly. Food was excellent, we called in whilst staying at redbrick barn for a quick bite a drink and ended up spending most of the evening there. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Have been rwice now in 3 days and aim to visit again.

Old fashioned village pub with oodles of character and charm. Four of us had a simple lunch of jacket potato with cheese, ( fresh, not re heated- lots of Brownie points for that), Cauliflower cheese, cheese burger and jacket potato with tuna. Hook Norton Ruby ale on tap was a good addition for one of us, elderflower presse went down a treat for me. Service was friendly and efficient. Dog friendly.

Proper country pub! Lovely atmosphere inside, friendly staff, food portions perfect (best treacle suet pudding I’ve had!) and local beer. Packed full of local people enjoying a dinner on Thursday night, always a good sign!

Really old place. Thank goodness they haven't tried to modenise it. What old pub atmosphere. Mind your head on the beams

Been coming here for almost 20 years, time I wrote a review:) Best pub by far in the area, very friendly, center of a great local community, superb and reasonably priced pub food and marvelous selection of beers (Inc. Old Hooky xx) and ciders. Great place to have a meal after walking around the Malvern's or local Common and Happy Valley. Staff are brill, manager Neil is a star...watch your head in the bar!

A real gem in the countryside, that looks the part inside and out. Decent selections of drinks and pub grub at reasonable prices, with very friendly people behind the bar. There are occasionally pop-up kitchens too which are really worth looking out for.

Always a warm welcome! Even if you’ve been away for a while. Staff always friendly a well kept pint 🍺 and not modernised or plastic. Well worth a visit.

We arranged a riding hen party and they wanted to go to a pub - 12 horses, hens dressed as unicorns - had a great time, plenty of room for the horses! Excellent service and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! I'll be in touch with more horseback groups to come!

As visitors from Canada we noted this pub sign on a road we were exploring . My husband loves Hook Norton beer so we turned off to investigate. Decided to come back for lunch next say and were delighted with our Sunday Roast. Beautifully presented, seven vegetables, tender meat and friendly service. We shall be back to this obviously popular pub. Thank you our Easter lunch away from home was a bargain at £8.95 and the beer as good as my husband remembered. A great find.

My first visit today & it certainly won't be my last. Made to feel very welcome, a lovely pint of Old Hooky & delicious homemade lasagne.

Food is lovely and the area is beautiful too, especially on a sunny day. Holds a lot of sentiment for us as my grandad and uncle were regulars before they passed away. I love this pub!

The sound of silence. Great countryside pub, always meet friendly characters there with a vintage car or two thrown in. You can breathe in the peace with wonderful country air.
