Great. Proprietors are lovely, meals were fantastic, not expensive. This place is full of character. Try their Sunday Lunch, but book early, it may be full. One not to be missed.
Lovely home cooked meals in a great unique environment
You won't get better value for money anywhere. We visit the Comedian several times a month and are never disappointed. The food is always excellent and the welcome always warm. Everything is homemade and prepared to order. I whole heartedly recommend a visit.

This is one of the friendliest locals we have been in Dave and Tara are great hosts and the Sunday lunch will not be bettered anywhere after comming across it on s ride out a few months ago we are now regulats
