A great place to have a milkshake or coffee. I have a lot of discounts from vitality so I practically get everything for free! Staff could be better but overall good👍 Food is really good so you can't really complain. Toilets are decent, though they could be clean more often. Sometimes busy, but that doesn't make much of a difference because there are usually 2-4 members of staff at the counter. Parking not ideal because Jackson Square is always busy but still, it's very good👍 Suggest going here!
The team are fantastic here. Plenty of choice of seats upstairs and down. Nappy change facilities good. Always feel welcomed here. Staff give amazing customer service friendly
I generally use this coffee shop to grab a takeout coffee before work. Service is always fast and friendly.

My new favourite place to have a coffee stop or lunch, especially now as I get rewards with vitality! Good atmosphere, great coffees and nice food!

Never enough seating downstairs. Can't climb stairs so forced to sit at ground level.
Great coffe and service. The furniture is a little bit ugly. I have been at few Nero in Dubai... and this one is not as good as those that I've been before.

Great for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, comfortable, especially if they are not busy. Good to chill out upstairs

Although I complained to head office at lack of cups when drinking in , the problem continues.
I was given paper cup on numerous occasions !
Which I consider as a Take away cup.
Piles of crockery and cutlery unattended to and serving staff complaining as they have no one to wash up!
Usually just 2 staff.
Tables dirty and unattended or cleared !
On a positive note coffee is the best !
This has become a fairly regular weekend treat. I'm always greeted with a smile, the coffee and food on offer are the best available from the big chain coffee shops and it's a great location.
After one or two poor coffee experiences they are getting back on track, staff are relaxing, more welcoming, and listening to their customers. The quality of the coffee has also returned to pre-covid standards. I am hopeful they will return to 5 stars soon.
Lovely location, good coffee and a helpful upstairs area that is slightly quieter if that is what you prefer.
