We just popped in for a pint and a bite to eat. We really enjoyed the food and the staff are super-friendly and attentive. There's plenty of tables outside, so you can eat in the open air if you want. I would recommend.
Excellent food, great friendly staff and damn good drinks. Lovely old pub in idyllic surroundings. Well worth a visit and if you don't want to drive after they also have rooms
A group of about a dozen of us descended on this pub without warning and ordered drinks and a meal each. The staff served the drinks without fuss and brought our meals outside to our tables without us waiting for long. The food was well prepared and tasty.

Top notch for food, service, welcome, everything. They loved our 2 greyhounds, had most delicious food, great random find just on way back home from the coast 👍😄
Really good meal here - can definitely recommend the Sussex Smokie. Very friendly and welcoming staff and happy to allow our dog in too!
First visit here for years, was plenty of outside tables even on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Friendly service, good food and of course Harvey's!!

Lovely pub/restaurant.
We both had a Thai bau bun for lunch.. seriously overpriced and not even a little bit of salad to say thanks for coming .really need to update the lunch menu to those that just want a snack.
Best Ceaser salad I've had in my life. That good I went back the next day and they had sold out !
Everything was amazing
Looks beautiful, comfortable bed and was 3 min drive from where I needed to be. People were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. 👍
