Love it, this is my kind of shop. You can buy pretty much anything for your home, from lighting to bedding and everything in-between. Beautiful bedding, stunning light fittings, classic dining services and stylish furniture.
There's a good range of prices so not everything is expensive, Bargains to be had in the sales too.
Always helpful staff if you need help but they don't bother you unless you ask, I hate feeling pushed into buying anything, I'd walk away if that happens...I like being able to browse at my own pace.

Handy car park and disabled spaces, some good bargains especially bedding , and kitchenware especially good fir parents buying items for kids going to university

We could literally spend a fortune here, but we don't have the money or the house big enough to put it all in. Popped in today for some house fragrances. If you haven't treated your senses to some of the fragrances available at Dunelm, then give them a go. I guarantee you'll find one you love.

Bought most of my new housewares from Dunelm when I moved, mostly things for the kitchen and living room and a bed frame, which has creaked since we bought it. Haven't bought any other furniture so unsure of the quality of it. Had to go elsewhere for a kitchen bin and a stainless steel dish drainer because Dunelm reviews on them were bad. I bought two brabantia pans and they were both terrible - one the coating chipped away before we even used it (could return it with no issue) and the other was good for about 2 months before everything we cooked in it started burning and sticking really bad so we have to use lower heats and deglaze regularly or else we have to boil baking soda in it. Overall a great shop, most of what we buy I love. It's my go to for all housewares but some things are of lesser quality so I recommend reading the reviews online first.

Brilliant shop, Try to park in the proper Duelm Blackburn car park or else you will have to cross a busy junction.
The Cafe upstairs is great, I suggest the Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake & Cappuccino.
Great range of inexpensive good quality homewares in a lovely range of colours, I needed Blush pink and got it.
Not to busy no big queues, came last time I was over there also and will probably come next time.
Visited the store today with a return and knew I would need to deal with a manager. Spoke with Jackie the duty manager, her customer service skills were exemplary. She was professional, friendly and assisted me from the car with a bulky item being returned. She engaged active listening skills and aIso picked up on aspects of my body language showing concern and kindness. I could not thank her enough and hope she realised the positive impact her attitude and obvious committment to a customer focussed role had on me. The right approach is essential when dealing with customers as you never know what they are going through in life. Dunelm she is an attribute to your management team and obviously very conscientious. The young lady who served me in the cafe was also extremely friendly and helpful.Appears that Blackburn store is improving. Brilliant🙂
Nice range of goods . Clean store although some parts are very cluttered .. I was with a disabled person who did find it difficult to navigate some areas .
I love this shop. Matching paint and superb wallpapers are an excellent addition to previous ranges. They are doing a stock re-jig so will return in a week or so

Pleasant experience around the store. Looking at carpets, a young man assisted with good knowledge and a Pleasant manner. On arrival at the door, a greeting with a smile and enquire if an order was being collected, and if so help can be arranged. Really nice coffee in the cafe, very clean. Checkout staff excellent manner.
