Well I can’t recommend highly enough, it’s not just the food that’s excellent it’s the amazing staff , they really are the nicest people, nothing is to much trouble, they make you feel really special, thanks sue for our afternoon tea we had today for my mums Birthday , we will be back again for our 3rd visit ���
Wow what can I say. Held a baby shower for my sister in law and from the minute I booked it to the day if the shower Sue who runs the cafe was just so friendly and helpful and so warming. The set up on the day was beautiful and well the afternoon tea was just out if this world so fresh and so much at such a good price and the cakes are delicious abdcwhat you can't eat you can take home. Myself and the rat if the party were well and truly stuffed and I can honestly say the whole party said what a wonderful place it is and how wonderful the afternoon tea was. I would highly recommend you visit this fantastic place I cannot highly praise it enough. Sue you and your girls are truly amazing thankyou so much from start to finish x x
Dirty fries with a little twist, I asked for melted cheese, bacon, sweet chilli and mayonnaise. Very tasty, huge portion 👀.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was so polite and helpful, the shop was small but cosy and I loved the decoration. The option for food is amazing especially the afternoon tea and you get so much with it for the price. I'm sick of cafes which just do bacon or egg sandwiches so it was a nice refreshing change and a lot better taste and quality than the afternoon tea in winter gardens which was just more expensive,boring and tasteless. We was so full but didn't want to waste anything and was able to bring it home for later. Looking forwards to my massive cake and a brew before bed 🙌🙌🙌🙌 I will definitely be a returning customer 🤤

The only problem I ever have here is the business of the place. People reserve tables, which I'm not sure is a great thing as it stops people dropping in, they could be losing custom. The staff ate always welcoming and friendly, it's clean and a but cramped together, the food is good - fresh and value for money.
This is without doubt the best cafe I have ever visited. Not sure how they can do a takeout cake, sandwich, drink and crisps for such a low price. Massive portions so it's a challenge to finish. Lovely thick ham and other quality ingredients. I can't believe they're not queuing out of the door. Please visit and save money by buying your picnic from here. You will not be disappointed.
Lovely local café with friendly staff offering a variety of meals drinks and snacks. Including Afternoon Teas .A children's menu is also available . You can eat in or outside. Takeaway is also available. Local on street parking and two small steps with a handrail to enter the cafe . Highly recommend the cakes and coffee .💞
Today was the first time I've been properly for a sit down meal and it was such a lovely experience. We both thoroughly enjoyed one of their special items, a pressed panni with bacon, halloumi cheese and sweet chilli sauce, served with a side of potato wedges, coleslaw, salad and garlic mayo. All of this delicious food was served as a very generous portion and only cost approximately £7 each! That's the sort of quality and value hard to come by anywhere!
The staff were simply excellent. Fantastic, friendly service with a smile which created a lovely, welcoming environment and made the place feel like a home from home.
And the cakes 👀 Wow! We were well looked after with a Mississippi Mud Pie and a Biscoff Cheesecake, both of which were some of the best I've ever had.
It's not possible to fault the place! The food, the choice, the service, the atmosphere.... Everything was just perfect. I can not wait to return again ☺️ Thank you for looking after us both today!
What a fantastic find! We knew instantly from the name that we wanted to visit here and we were not disappointed. We had afternoon tea and everything we had was fresh and homemade. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and it had a great ambiance inside, a real welcoming feel. The coffee was good and the cake were awesome! 😋
Absolutely fantastic from the min we walked through the door the 3 ladies were friendly. Then came our afternoon tea for 2. To celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. OMG never have we had an afternoon tea like it. The bread & fillings were yummy. The fresh cream cakes out of this world. We couldn't eat it all. So Sue boxed it up so we could take it home. We will definitely be returning & recommending to all we know!! Xx
