The service was good and the food was nice, in particular the dessert! Wow the waffles are glorious! The restaurant is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good disabled access and facilities. The only reason it's not 5stars is because when I used a Groupon voucher it was difficult to redeem.

Visited Frankie & Benny’s after watching a film at the cinema. Surprised to find a full vegan menu; we enjoyed delicious burgers and took advantage of a meal deal. Really impressed with the food, atmosphere, value and friendliness of staff. Our server Mandi was terrific.
Good chain of restaurants. The food isn't cheap but you can sometimes find offers online or they're included in the meerkat 2 for 1 meals. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. The music is always cheery. Toilets were clean. The only negative is the amount of time it took for someone to clear
Me and the whole family, 14 of us, came to eat at Blackpool Frankie & Benny's on Saturday 30th July for my
son's 5th birthday. I called and spoke to the manager Lisa to book and she was so friendly and listened to all I requested to make our evening meal perfect and glitch free.

Staff were friendly especially our waiter Troy nothing was too much trouble, food was delicious and desserts were naughty but very nice would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back
Visited twice whilst holidaying in Blackpool. Both times managed to seat us without a reservation. Staff couldn't be more accommodating. Really helpful and friendly. Food great as usual. Kids love this place. Even accommodated my youngest who doesn't eat puddings by providing a banana.
Stopped here for a quick dinner before a show, the vegan pizza was much better than I would have expected, and the crystal long island iced tea was lovely.

Well what can I say! Amazing experience, Lisa and her team couldn’t do enough. Even though it was fairly busy the food came quickly and it was hot and delicious! Would definitely recommend and go back!!
