A good old friendly pub, staff are very welcoming and prices are the cheapest in that particular area but still has the quality of an expensive drink. Always recommend!!!

Friendly first bar to visit after arriving at the train station; prices are more than reasonable and plenty of TVs showing sports throughout the day. Nice staff too
This is a wonderful little watering hole. The staff are friendly and good at what they do. If I had to give a bad impression then it's the annoying guy in the toilets selling sprays of probably fake aftershave. When you go to the toilet you expect it to be a private experience not a market place
Great pub for a classic night out. Sports on TV, live DJ and helpful friendly staff. Good selection of drinks and reasonable prices.
Didn't have any food so can't rate that .the atmosphere was superb.the bar staff are super friendly even though it was busy they made sure I had everything I wanted and needed.
Nice pub not on the main drag, but 5 mins walk from the promanard.
Very big place, a good pool table, and a 📺 screen. It's almost like being at home.
Will visit again for more beer, etc, next year.
Brilliant pub spent every night in here just on a little holiday we ad a great time karaoke was great and D G was brill will be back on our next coach trip
Much much improved since refurb and rename. Different relaxed clean atmosphere... It was once a pub we would miss out now we call in for one.. Or two....
The staff are fantastic and if you are looking from classic Irish / British pub then this for you. Younger people might find it a little bit dour and the lack of music (when we visited) only adds to that atmosphere. Prices were average. Would we visit again? Yes

Good pub called here before finding our hotel really nice bar man forgot his name only had 2 pints must be old age🤣🤣.. but yeah it was good 👍
Great place to be day or night, halfway point. Pool table good staff, drinks and well chosen music for all ages. Kid friendly and great menus to choose from...
We didn't have any food in the pub but went in to have a drink and listen to the Kareoke. It was great, Friday night, all ages mixed and we had fun.
Great friendly atmosphere, visited in afternoon and got 2 pints of Coors for £4.80. Great location for last drink before train station.
Very friendly local pub. Staff very friendly. Pub clean. Good pub to watch live sports. Disabled toilets access very good.
