I've just had possibly the best huevos rancheros i've ever had. Supplemented with an oat milk latte. This is such a cosy and comfortable coffee shop which seems to be a hidden gem surrounded by your typical 'Full English' cafe's that Blackpool tends to offer.

I did not expect to get a good espresso in Blackpool but Upside Down Coffee has turned my opinion of Blackpool upside down. The espresso was great, properly brewed delicious berry and chocolate notes. The food was also great, health veg heavy brunch. The world needs more Upside Down Coffee!
