What a hidden little gem, possibly the best Italian meal I've had. Alex and his team were fantastic from the moment we walked in. Food excellent and a fantastic rage of fine wines. Kids even went in the kitchen for a pizza making lesson. Would 💯 recommend. Will definitely return. Bravo 👏
We planned on visiting La Fontana, a few minutes walk away however when we arrived it was closed. Luckily there was a sign in the window recommending this place, we walked over and were pleased to find it was open and there were tables available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they cleared and prepared our preferred table even though there was another smaller table available and ready. I ordered the salmon and my partner ordered a pizza. The salmon was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We didn't order desserts but they looked fantastic and will try to save room for one next time!
This fantastic restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. Absolutely delicious authentic Italian food - we returned on consecutive evenings rather than risk disappointment elsewhere. I will definitely be returning on our next trip to Blackpool.
A hidden gem for sure! The food was fresh and delicious, the owner was great to talk to and the prices are very reasonable. Would go back happily, don’t hesitate to visit.
All food is delicious especially the pasta and main course. The waiter, Giovanni is very nice.
Incredible! Visiting Blackpool for the first time and this restaurant has brought me back 2 nights in a row for good reason. Alex the owner is a phenominal host and you can sense his passion for cooking. The waiting staff also lovely. The food second to none, about as authentic as you can get without visiting Italy 🇮🇹
Nice traditional Italian, very well priced and authentic food. Portions are not huge but big enough. I had the seafood pasta which was average but others had pizzas which looked and tasted great. The garlic breads and Bruscheta were also very nice.
Wonderful food and hospitality. Slight mix-up with our reservation, but they went out of their way to sort it out. Highly recommended if you enjoy Italian cuisine
This lovely Restaurant is an absolute gem of a restaurant. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
The ambiance is charming and inviting, with rustic decor and soft lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere. The menu is a masterpiece, offering a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors. Each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with exquisite flavors.
The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, always ready to recommend the perfect wine pairing or answer any questions. One standout dish is the homemade pasta with truffle cream sauce—an absolute revelation.
La Bottega is a true culinary delight, with outstanding food, warm ambiance, and impeccable service. It's a must-visit for any food lover. I can't wait to return and indulge in their culinary delights once again.
A little gem of a restaurant. Delicious Italian food 😋 the garlic bread, lasagne, mushroom risotto & canolis were amazing. Friendly & efficient service. Very decent prices.
Came to Blackpool for a day out from Manchester and was struggling to decide what to eat for dinner, found La BOTTEGA online and wanted to give it a try (had too much fish and chips and burgers), simple to reserve a table on the phone.
Great attentive service throughout the meal since the moment we arrived. Both starters (meat ball and tiger prawns) were delicious and very well good flavours, house red wine was also decent given its reasonable price.
Ordered the agnolotti and salmon for mains, oh boy the rasberry vodka sauce for agnolotti was magical and went so well with the silky agnolotti, had to clean up every bit of the sauce, grilled salmon with saffron sauce also cooked to perfection, actually quite surprised by how well the side veg were prepared especially the fluffy potatoes.
After the mains the chef came and brought on the dessert trolly, such a fun sight, was blown away by the tiramisu and lemon tart was also very good. Finished with a straight espresso shot (would try the espresso martini next time if not driving!) and that was a perfect night.
Absolutely my number 1 restaurant in Blackpool now, will definitely come again everytime visiting the area.
We visited here on a Monday night for dinner after seeing Blackpool illuminations. The service, food and whole experience was excellent. Our starter and both our pasta dishes were fantastic, fresh and delicious, and all the staff were so friendly and professional and went above and beyond. The tiramisu and cannoli for dessert were delicious, and the wine was great quality for a good price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch Italian meal in Blackpool! Thanks again

Hidden Gem! Absolutely beautiful authentic Italian food! As good or even better than Gino D'acampo. The chef is the supertar, even my children left clean plates. Atmosphere as great as the food.
Thank you to all the staff who made us feel great and filled our tummies!
A small, but extremely welcoming, cozy & genuinely Italian restaurant, based in Blackpool North, waiting to be discovered. I did find it last weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisiteness of the food, and the courtesy & warm welcome shown by Alessandro and his team. "La Bottega" is the real Italian experience, at all levels, and I think that I have the titles to say that, being Italian myself. I am going back soon, and I am happy to recommend it to anyone who is reading this review right now.
Quiet night. Very friendly staff, nice menu, I went seafood heavy, but we're near Fleetwood not Naples so ingredients could have been better for Mediterranean dishes. I liked what I had.
Great service, clean and tidy, good atmosphere, good selection of food and drinks,
Family meal on our last night in Blackpool and it was lovely meal and we're glad we visited this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and explained each dish to our grandkids when they didn't really understand the contents.
