My go to comfort Sunday dinner. If you want a hassle free consistently good quality Sunday dinner with no messing about this is the place to go. It has some of the best gravy I've had in any pub or restaurant. The staff are always super nice and the service is fast. I personally go here atleast eve

Visited for the first time last Sunday 26 March, and had a beautiful Sunday lunch! The meat was delicious, and it was piping hot! We were served very quickly, and pudding was also very nice, although apple pie was a bit soggy, but tasty all the same!

My friends booked Sunday lunch for my birthday treat. Lovely little local pub food was delicious, staff were friendly. You need to book especially on a Sunday Small and fill up quickly.

Came to visit family from barrow an came here for a family meal on Wed 11th Jan and it certainly did not dissapoint !!! 13 meals all fab no complaints here... Everything from the food to the staff and the atmosphere were faultless...Will definitely come back next time we visit ...thankyou.
Only ever been on Saturday evening when the Kareoke is on, it is quite loud (I must be getting old) but everyone enjoys the craic
Only been for Sunday Lunch and one of the best in our area. Really like home cooked roast and gravy is delicious 😋 Recommend to anyone not been for a while due to Covid but will be going regularly in the future . Nice pub with excellent staff too definitely worth a try but book first.

Food is fab, entertainment every Wednesday an Friday the staff are brill and a great place to take the wife and family.
Lovely pub, the first time I'd been and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and tidy, and the food they provided for our private party was delicious. They even had couple of fruity gins I'd never tried before! (and I've tried quite a few)
