Bleadon Cafe - Bleadon - Photo album

I was doing the West Mendip Way in October 2023, I had started at Uphill and this was a welcome site and a great little cafe and this is at the heart of the community and all sorts of people were supporting this - it was busy and had a great toasted tea cake and a pot of tea
Saw a sign for the cafe so thought we would try it as not far from our caravan. The ladies are very polite. I could use my blue light card in there which was a bonus. We ordered 3 big breakfast which we cleaned the plates. And 2 pieces of cake and a chocolate cookie. The seating area was very quiet
Visited whilst on a break to have breakfast. The food was amazing. One of the best meals I had all week. Thick cut bacon cooked to perfection, gamey sausages. Runny yolk fried egg. I even devoured the hash browns I am usually not a fan. Brilliant setting, small and decorated lovely. Farm shop was
Over visiting abroad for a relatives funeral. They used to come here often so we gave it a go and they were right great little cafe. Friendly staff, good priced food and nice location. Birthday cake milkshake though- a must try 😉
Wonderful Farm Shop it’s very well stocked and good fresh food and bread from a local bakery, and we had poached eggs on toast with bacon and it’s was delicious
Called in for coffee and bite to eat. Lovely friendly staff. Wide choice on the menu. Well worth diverting off the M5 to call in. Geoff.
Nice little shop. Lovely food in the cafe. Not many options for vegetarians and virtually nothing for vegans though. Very friendly staff. Good size portions. I only bought a loaf of bread in the shop, it was excellent bread.
Stopped here for lunch. Really lovely cafe, nicely styled. Book swap available, wish I had had a book with me to swap! Good menu, not too many options. We had scampi, fish cakes and the chilli. Chips were hot and delicious, scampi was tasty. The absolute winner was the chilli - super delicious,
A lovely little hidden gem. Relaxing, with lovely food, breakfasts, cakes and drinks. Highly recommended if you fancy a break to recharge for an hour.
Staff are fabulous and dog friendly, this morning my Border Terrier Betty celebrated her 3rd Birthday with doggy ice cream, many thanks
