Fantastic country pub - our second visit in as many months. Set alongside the stunning Blicking Hall and beautiful church of St Andrew, this quaint pub is a delight inside and out. Has parking too. The portions are plentiful and food v tasty with a wide menu choice. I had the Cromer crab sandwich which was the best I've ever had. Others in my party were almost defeated by the size of the Ploughman's Lunch!! Sitting outside in the sun was just perfect. We'll definitely be back and I can't recommend this place highly enough!

What a perfect Village Inn! We stayed the night in the dog friendly room, walks are just out of the door and there's so many to choose from, the dogs loved it! The room we were in overlooked Blickling Hall, light and very spacious and very comfortable. The manager Adriano made us feel so welcome throughout our stay and along with his staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu is a delight to behold, you can find typical pub classics such as a burger, sausage and mash and steaks and everyday the specials menu changes offering a fantastic helping of locally sourced food ranging from Fish to Venison. We were starving as we hadn't eaten all day so we ordered a starter too! I had Asian Chicken Wings and my husband had Sardines both were beautiful and plentiful! Time for the main, I really am not exaggerating when I say the main courses are huge and equally as amazing! I had the Pork Tenderloin which was cooked perfectly, beautifully succulent and juicy and the mash was out of this world! My husband had the rump steak, it's not often he doesn't finish a meal but he was beaten this time, he didn't really need the starter and neither did I, but food this good needs sampling and devouring! The breakfast in the morning was perfect and plentiful, there's a theme here. But, it definitely helps to set up your day you can choose from lighter continental options to a full English. We absolutely loved it, a perfect little impromptu get away in a beautiful setting and perfect food!

Lovely pub meal sat in the garden with our dogs after a nice walk in the sun . Between the four of us we had the posh fish & chips, ploughman's, soup & a roll, toastie & wedges, plus an extra portion of cheesy chips, all classed as "light bites". Sadly we could not even entertain the idea of the amazing sounding desserts as our mains were all such generous portions and all VERY delicious!!

My family and I have been coming here for a lot of years on and off and it is always exceptional! Weather it be the drink, the food, the service or the atmosphere, The Bucks never fails to deliver. I have become vegan since the last time I was there and, even though there was no vegan options on the menu, Ash could not have been more accommodating and I hand one of the most delicious meals I had ever tasted. The Bucks really do go above and beyond.

After a long hot walk around Blicking House and gardens we were ready for a bite to eat and a drink. Lovely surprise when the food arrived, very good quality and value served by friendly staff. Especially liked the fact that there was a dog friendly room, nice change these days. All in all, thoroughly enjoyable.

Great choice of food especially if you like fish. And if you like to eat large meals then this is a place to visit. Polite and helpful staff too.

I came here after the Nightrun at Blickling on 24th March. I had previously contacted them to ask if they had any vegan options; they replied and offered me two delicious sounding meals. I ordered the Tempura Stir Fry Vegetables which was absolutely delicious and a generous portion, very glad I didn't order chips as well (I was hungry after my run!). Thank you very much, will be back again.

Fab evening, prompt service. Staff all very friendly. Food was amazing! Starters came out quickly & then once plates cleared the mains followed quickly. It was nice that we didn't have to wait for food although felt a little bit rushed & it's nice to let your food settle a bit. Reasonably priced for such good quality food. Lovely evening, we will be back x

We went for Saturday afternoon meal with two dogs. Recommend booking in advance as the place is justifiably busy. Staff are super friendly, food is incredible and the atmosphere is great. This was my second visit and I look forward to my third. My only issue (and I am only joking) is my wife and mother in law talked about some ribs at this pub, and on their next visit they'd been removed off the menu. Bring back the ribs if you can?

Myself and my partner stopped here for Sunday lunch and I have to say it it was absolutely fantastic, the service the food couldn't have been any better, I only wish we had more time to explore the surroundings or had time for a quiet drink in the bar, we will definitely be returning and next time we'll spend more time there. The food was definitely was five star.

Very dog friendly!! Ample parking and located just a two second walk from the Blickling Estate which is a must visit! You can take your dog around the grounds too (although not allowed inside). The pub's portions are exceptionally generous (do share!) and the staff were really lovely.

Fantastic food and attentive service. After the recent menu update we were a bit apprehensive as didn't see this until after booking. We really had nothing to worry about. The food was really high quality, plentiful, beautifully presented and delicious. Everyone in the group loved their meal and you get what you pay for at the Buck Arms. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and always smiling. They were there when required but not over the top. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely location with a great garden to eat in. We visited once for lunch as a group and once as a couple. Both times service friendly and efficient. Great menu with a good variety for all (3 vegetarians in the group) and food came out very quick however of good quality. Well done a lot of pubs could take this as an example! Serve good quality food but without much delay ! Well done.
