Just stopped by there on a rainy day. Nice pub and famous for the locals. Had a cuppa and took some rest to continue my drive.
I like all weatherspoon pubs. Brekky is always cheap and cheerful! Love the upstairs sitting and toilets are very fancy too!
Lovely little pub! Well done out. Ate here for the first time on Friday and was not disappointed! Great as usual for wetherspoons! Service was so quick. Food came out very quickly. Chicken pasta Alfredo was gorgeous as always, scampi and chips lovely and chicken jalfrezi was really tasty. Would come back to eat again. Drinks are always great too. Lively on a Friday night.
Good Food, good prices. You pay for what the quality is.
Minimal choice if i do say so my self could do with expanding menu more.
Family atmosphere, always packed struggling to find a seat. No parking on site but free parking asda for 2 hrs.
Food and coffee is great, the hospitality was lovely, ordered incorrectly and they amended straight away. Staff make you feel welcome. Inside is big plenty of tables. Ali ( staff) was on hand and made our day with her great service. Outdoor area also on site but no on site parking.
Lovely breakfast eggs Benedict + tea very nice in there early this morning 8.30 cause took my car around to Sammies garage for MOT.
Had a lovely afternoon with family , staff very friendly and customers friendly too .
Lovely place for lunches or dinners. They do some offers before 5pm. Food is fresh and tasty. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxing

Food is good depending on what time you go. But absolutely stunning building once inside.

Nice place, have visited numerous times, good food,and usual cheap wetherspoons prices, but normally food cold, left standing for 10 mins or more on most occasions, before you get it!!!!!πππ Visited again today 7th Aug, breakfasts were stone cold and had to be sent back, muffins were luke warm,if we had wanted cold meals we would have ordered a salad !!! Staff seriously need some sort of training !!! πππππ
