pro/s for this store:
- the staff are much more friendly than the subway in the town center.
con/s for this store:
- they seem to always have run out of something
- they no longer have the breakfast menu in this store so if you want a breakfast sub you have to go in to the town center
Went in the morning for breakfast which they weren't doing but had no sign up. Came back later for lunch and they ran out of a lot of the sandwich options. Then they over charged my sister. So I got food from greggs instead. Overall really bad and I won't be coming back to this subway again.
Food is usually good but always understaffed and minimum 20 min wait, needs more than one person. As you get to the front of the queue they stop to do online orders which arrive after you started to queue.
Service poor ! The behemoth working there is always sat out back don’t come if you call her politely so had to whistle to get her attention, which she then replied don’t whistle I’m not a dog but she defo has similarities to one.
Staff was very friendly and very amazing as well. The food items were hygenic
Absolutely terrible been waiting for our food for over an hour and there’s no number to contact the store sort it out subway

Service was ok and seemed friendly but the guy behind the counter needs to wear a hair net as found 2 hairs on my sub
