Went for dinner on Sunday evening while at Butlins. Was busy and didn't have a booking ahead. Service was great and were sitted immediately. Food was 👍. Had halloumi and avocado wrap, burger and chicken wrap, olus chickenpopcorn. Didn't have time for desert unfortunately, but next table had some

Hospitality: 5/5 ordering is automated by doing it through the butlins app. (Unsure if table order is available). Chefs are very fast with food preparation. Quite amazed.

Good food, polite staff, but SLOW service. Took a while to get seated, and ages for my order to be taken - despite not being busy at all. Meal could have done with some veg !
Would eat here again but hopefully comments will lead to improvements.
Visited the firehouse Sunday 4th June. 4 adults 4 children, no fuss on arrival, staff very welcoming.

Ordered a sharing platter chicken was tasty and succulent not dry at all, fries where perfectly cooked and cheesy garlic bread was spot on. For a smaller plate would recommend the buttermilk chicken.

We stayed at butlins for 3 nights and ate here for 2 of them! Very family friendly with colouring in packs for the kids abs dedicated kids menu. When you order you can have all the various different sauces/marinades for your chicken (depending on what you have). The staff were all very friendly and
This restaurant is completely amazing!! I've visited this restaurant a few times with my wife and 2 children and every time we visit, the Manager and the Staff are always really friendly, supportive and very caring. The food is well cooked and the dessert is soo delicious.

Been to this restaurant twice on our holiday so far. We are a table of 9 each. Both visits all food has been lovely no trouble ordering and everything has come out correct. Mike and his team at the firehouse are great and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we was ok. Highly recommend.
Have eaten here twice this week, hard to get a table anywhere in the evening unless you are on the dine around thing which you can't book if you leave it late. But got in here no bother. Really nice food, good value, but the best thing is great customer service. Shout out to Eliseand Chelsea who ar
