The Vale Inn - Bollington - Photo album

We came here for some ale and dinner and were not disappointed. The pie was delicious and the ale was good. We would have liked some cheddar in the mac and cheese and some salt and pepper, that‘s the 1 missing star. Service is receiving 4 stars because we waited quite long for our food, it took abou
Cracking little pub, nestled in the small town of Bollington, just yards away from the Brewery that supplies most of its Ales. (Bollington Brewery). The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the food is superb (we ate from daily menu on the Saturday evening, and Sunday Roasts the following day).
Pub run by Bollington Brewery, with eight cask and eight keg beers and ciders to choose from, including craft beers and their own beers brewed across the road. Plenty of tables, good pub food menu and outside space (around the back) make for a pleasant destination. Super dog-friendly too!
Beer is brewed over the road. Great pie and chips, and sticky toffee pud! Visited as part of the Bollington Brewery Tour. Fabulous!
A fab little pub in the centre of the village. There's plenty of parking out the back, with a large seating area overlooking the cricket club. You have to walk a few yards down the main street to get to the pub, but it's no real hassle. If you're lucky, like we were, there may be a cricket match on.
What a lovely pub, service was spot on, very polite and friendly staff, great range of drinks especially the local 'Bollington brewery' 👍, I have to say very clean, the staff were straight on it when a table became empty cleaning them ready for the next customer 👍, We will definitely be returning a
Really lovely country style pub. Warming real fire. Dog friendly. Food - I had the Sunday roast with beef, which was very nice. Yorkshire puds and gravy were delicious, beef not the best quality but for the price it’s definitely not complaint worthy. Burger was good. Drinks - I started with the 3min
Lovely pub with friendly staff and typically a constant presence of customers so it always has an ambiance. The beer selection is excellent and makes this place we'll worth stopping by.
Food was lovely and the locally brewed beer was excellent. Friendly staff and great atmosphere
I loved the chilli pear cider. Food ok if you like pub food. I eat lots of veg (I'm not a vegetarian) so struggled to find something to suit me. If they'd offered a Buddha bowl with the falafel or there was a salad option I'd have had that.
