I love it at Rivington Barn. I have worked on a few weddings here and the staff are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and I am always well looked after.
The grounds are always well kept and make for amazing photos. Cannot rate it highly enough and can't wait to go back!
Just wanted to post a review to say how much we enjoyed our day with you today. Many of our ladies in the group said it was one of the best Christmas lunches we have had yet. The food was lovely and hot when served, your staff were amazing and polite and I do hope to see you again. I just want to say that Andrew made our visit especially lovely, one of the best staff there, we did have our picture taken with him which I will send to you so you can pass it on to him.

I have Been Visiting The Barn at Rivington since I was 16 years of age as A lifelong Motorcyclist. It was one of the Go To Places for Bikers on Sundays. You Could get a cooked Dinner as well as Fast Barque Food served outside and had a well stocked bar. The Functional Side like Weddings were absolutely brilliant especially the Christmas Parties with the Barn decked out in Christmas Decorations. Sadly from. Bikers point of view the changes seem to be one of Bikers being less welcome even being relegated to the lower car park at one point. As for any other Functions I am not qualified to comment as I haven’t attended any, but I’m sure there are some out there who have. Summing up I will continue to go on Sundays to see how things go. Hopefully Bikers will be Accepted for their Loyalty over the decades they have been Patronising this Establishment.
Great place for family, for walk with dog, or for going with bike.

We provided Northern House Band here on Saturday for Mark & Charlotte's wedding and I can't praise the venue enough! As soon as we arrived the staff were so attentive and friendly, making sure we had all the information we needed (as well as brews!) The venue was stunning, perfect for live music and a party atmosphere, with a stage and PA it's ideal for any couple who wants live music at their evening reception. Thank you for having us and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
Nice walk up to the pike. Lovely old gardens which are being renovated. Fantastic views at the top and bracing fresh air. Back down to the barn , sausage barm and a cup of tea. Lovely day.
The staff who look after you and your guests are SECOND to non. As a wedding photographer, I could not recommend this place enough. Based on the staff alone I would book this venue. But the place itself and the surrounding area is just stunning.

Such a fabulous venue for a wedding. Spent a beautiful evening here, trying out a sample of meal options pre wedding for our son and daughter in law to be. We were not disappointed. Beautifully presented food, stunning flavours, great range of options although we only tried four for each course. Highly recommend the venue, the barn, the grounds and location. Can't praise it high enough 👍
Lovely day out, very accessible walk with multiple routes, of varying difficulties. To reach the peak did not take long and the walk down in the sun was stunning.
The barn house was a nice stop off, with live music and good variety of food.
Can't wait to go again.
Nice hotel. Check in process was a bit slow even though I'd checked in online the day before, and then we were checked into the wrong room. However resolved easily and check out process online was seamless.
