A friendly welcome to this beautiful pub. The staff were lovely and worked hard to make the visit a pleasant one, which they easily did.
The menu is an excellent one with some lovely dishes on offer. I chose steak! An excellent one. It was perfectly cooked and so flavoursome. The whole meal was delicious as were all the other choices made by my party.
The prices were good and certainly offer value for money.
The venue is lovely - beautifully decorated, making it feel an expensive place. There were lots of customers in giving the place a good atmosphere.
It is a place I will visit again.
My daughter lives just round the corner from the Victoria Inn, but it's the first time I've been here. What a gem! It feels like an expensive venue. The decor is lovely.
The welcome was friendly and the staff were helpful and efficient as well as being relaxed with the customers. The menu was a bit different to the usual pub menu. The food was delicious - the steak was cooked perfectly.
There were lots of customers which led to a great atmosphere.

Visited 20/09/2022, called ahead and made a reservation. Arrived and greeted fairly quickly and taken to assigned table for the group. Drinks order taken and then once arrived then ordered food. Came fairly quickly and then once done ordered from desserts menu (provided separately). Service great and majority of the food was given great reviews from the group. The steak ciabatta feedback was not as good as previously had (could be a one off). Good service provided by all the team who looked after the group. Worth going for a meal, and during nice weather to sit in the outside area too is recommended.

When we booked for Sunday lunch we said that one of the diners would need gluten free. When we arrived, it was a great start to find a GF menu already on the table, great start. It continued to be a very enjoyable meal, the staff are excellent, their service, friendliness and professionalism really stood out. The food was delicious our roasts couldn't be faulted and when the bill came, we were very pleasantly surprised, we have paid more for a much less enjoyable meal.

Great venue for all occasions. Cater for vegetarian and vegan. We had a lovely family meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon
This was an excellent bar with excellent service.A good variety of food and drinks on the menue .The food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent value .I definitely recommend this bar restaurant and I will definitely be coming back .
Went for Sunday roast. Was pleased it has proper roast chicken. Large portions but didn’t want Yorkshire pudding. Only complaint was the roast potatoes aren’t to my liking but my own are exceptional.

Visited again for another Sunday roast. Delicious. We ordered a bottle of red wine, received white and rolled with it. The atmosphere was vibrant, as a match was playing in the pub. It brought life to the busy restaurant. Roasts were great, just as before. Staff was busy and very pleasant definately enjoy the depth and flavors of this filling meal.
Visited again with an out of town guest and thoroughly enjoyed it again.
Went here for afternoon lunch, our 1st visit. What a find, great pub, nice location, decor very nice and very big, garden room very nice. The food was delicious and a good price, we had 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks £44. Looking forward to our next visit.
All the staff were v helpful especially with 3 people with poor mobility. The food was lovely. Bonus to have the heated outdoor seating area too. Photos were after half eaten lol A chilled pleasant meal out.

Staff were wonderful! So helpful & friendly. Such a beautiful environment. I was there on business, but I will return with family. We were so we'll looked after for our time there & I am extremely grateful. Such a lovely place.
