Went there on a weekday Tuesday was very nice and quite. But servicing was very slow. Staff seemed to forget the orders or didn't pay much attention. The food quality was tremendous and absolutely amazing. The deserts were to die for and the pricing was really good too! Had a lovey time. The app did have a problem with. It was advertised we would get a free starter if we downloaded the app but we didn't as the app was crashing so we just went with the 3 course meal deal. Lovely time and will visit again! Top place.
Great food, plenty of parking space, polite and courteous servers. Went middle of the day on a Saturday, fairly quiet, food was cooked to perfection!

Editing my review as revisited with my daughter for breakfast last week. The lady who served us was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good, our full breakfasts were just that. Will definitely be visiting again. A very enjoyable meal in with a great american diner feel.
They're always lovely at this Frankie and Benny's outlet. Staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help with anything required. Food is a good standard for one of these franchises. Usually lively atmosphere with the good tunes playing and kept clean. New menu has some very good vegan and veggie options too, which my daughter and I sampled tonight. Very pleasant visit plus voucher for money off made it even better 😉. Right next to the cinema so made a night of it and we'll be back.

We visited for a very late mothers day meal. Staff were very friendly. Service was great. The staff clearly need a staff room though I feel like I watched the whole restaurant take turns at having there lunch/dinner break all went to the same table right next to us to eat and then play on there phones for however long. Think it's the managements downfall a sufficient area needs to be provided to the staff. Just looks very unprofessional and makes the staff look worked off there feet.
Food order was perfect and the altered the dishes to suit. Free Slime for the kids to play with while waiting. Friendly staff. Drinks were very good. Removed one star as I could not find baby changing?

The meals and drinks from the bar are rather pricey for a family on a budget. Large seating area for larger groups and small booths available.

Was met at the door with a friendly greeting, food was great. Only grumble would be that we order a second set of drinks as ours had finished and they came as we finished our meal. Defeating the object of ordering it before the food came.
Overall was a nice meal.
My fiancee and I stopped off here just for dessert one evening after a meal somewhere else. (we found some more stomach space)
The staff that dealt with us were very accommodating even though we told them we were only sitting dessert. I say this as you might expect them to not be too bothered as we weren't spending on a full meal. However very pleasant and a very fast service tasty brownies and ice cream. Only draw back for me was cost. 2 coffees and desserts came to over £25 that seems extreme for a chain of this sort. I mention this as price, for most, is always a consideration. It probably won't stop me going back for a meal as it was a very pleasant experience overall.
Breakfast was excellent. All staff friendly but can't praise our waiter Angel enough. What a polite, pleasant, helpful young man, he couldnt do enough for us and always had a smile on his face. Definitely will be back again. Thank you.
