I don't like many chippys but this one is great, I like proper British fish and chips and jennys house makes brilliant chippy tea. Chips are always perfect, plenty of salt and vinegar 😋.
They do Chinese food too.
Always fantastic service. Telephone ordered and picked up. No wait time, when they state a time, it's nearly spot on.

Salt&Pepper dishes are really good ✨Honestly, I think it’s the best one in Bolton and staff there are nice and friendly. I’ve had food from Jenny’s for years.
On the fish&chips side, I’ll say - they are high standards, especially the lightly battered fish. The size of course will be slightly smaller than the standard ones, it’s reasonable to me tho

What a great chippy. The lovely staff here have done the best fish, chips & peas on Tonge Moor Rd for years. Open 6 days a week for dinner then again from tea time until 11 p.m. The Chinese menu is also good and good value but beware of the Chilli ratings 1= hot 3= flipping eck! However like most chippies they don't deliver I wouldn't think that battered fish travels well!
Superb food. All dishes are freshly prepared using good quality ingredients and are full of flavour and really delicious. Prices are very very reasonable and you get a lot for your money. Best takeaway in Bolton.

Never had a bad meal there apart from on one occasion they forgot the chips only realised when arrived home and couldn't be bothered to drive back but excellent food there would recommend
I've never had a bad meal here yet been going for ages and the owners are very nice and polite . The fish are huge I would say if you put 3 cans of coke end to end that's about the size of them . So fish and chips will feed 2 people unless you are very hungry
By far the best chippy for miles. Chinese meals are consitantly good as well but speak up if you want mild. 3 chilli dishes may blister untrained lips & I love my spicy.
