I can't emphasize enough, but the service here is great. Every time. Staff are courteous, polite, helpful. Food is always fresh and hot. Better than McD.
Only downside is the lack of option. No coffee. No milkshake. Limited sides.

There was a good selection of food to choose from, it was hot and tasted really good. The only negative was the table wasn't clean but maybe that is because we went in the evening.
The young lady who served me was extremely pleasant and helpful when I needed help using the app to order. Food was very hot and fresh! Tables were nice and clean.
Much better overall than McDonald's and have better tasting menu as well. Only issue is their limited outlets around Bolton
I love Burger King fries, though most times it feels like the fries were counted into the bag. That's just cheeky considering Burger King fries are more expensive than most other fast food's.

All you expect from a burger king.. the fiod is good. clean tables and chairs but the menu screens could look cleaner and the entry doors need a good wipe down.. only comes to a head when the gents toilets have not had a good clean for months with the dirt build up in the urinals.. the toilet was 🤮
Went for mother's day to order inside and take home. Considering the amount of food we ordered they prepared it from scratch quite quickly! We used the touch screens to order. The food was delicious!!!
Huge improvement from when we last visited prior to the revamp (both staff and look of restaurant) especially stacey from drive through!
