Ordered my waffle from here, creating my own with having an allergy to nuts and unfortunately the guy who made it, put nuts on (without thinking I’m guessing) it as they didn’t have chocolate I had asked for. Thankfully I only had a mild reaction from the little nuts I accidentally eat from the first waffle as I had medicine to take straight away. I rang up to explain and the owner was so kind about it, and even though he didn’t have another driver spare, he actually shut the shop and delivered a fresh one himself. I honestly couldn’t thank his kindness enough so thank you again! Very much appreciated! Never had an issue before and was super brilliant when I did. 🙌🏻😊

Called beforehand to clarify something about the choc sponge and was called back within minutes with them having more than one option for us! Really friendly staff and their service was amazing! Food was presented so well even though it was a delivery order! Everything was hot and tasted so good! UberEats service was really quick too - food was with us in 15 mins! Definitely recommend and will definitely order again.

Soooo good! Pretty much have the same treat each week - Paradise Dream cookie dough. Have tried other places and quality and service just isn't the same anywhere else. One time they got our order wrong but rectified it quickly.
I'd recommend Trufflez to anyone. Best deserts in town, brilliant customer service and always get service with a smile. Keep up the good work.
Loved my peanut butter waffle, toppings were the perfect amount not forgetting my lovely latte!! Walked out feeling very fulfilled. Staff are nice and friendly. Defo recommend!!! #Thank you Trufflez x
