Wendy's

It's becoming not worth it at all. While the food remains the same, the prices are increasing. This noses about you can only order a full salad is crazy. Because of shortage. It's all economics and the snack menu, they have nerve to charge 329 for a snack wrap should have paid a couple dollars for the large one....... Don't try to rip people off if your store cannot survive. That's dishonest. The staff are wonderful it's not their fault but you all not right for overcharged, junk food. Yes I cook from home but on a rare occasion I want something fast and should not cost half my groceries!

Yesterday I wanted a double bacon cheeseburger (with lettuce, mayo and ketchup only) was going to make it combo with small fries and frosty. Was informed they had NO Bacon, lettuce or frostys available. The order was changed to a double cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup. The girl then asked do you want cheese on that....um when do you have to order seperate cheese with a cheeseburger....hmmm. Then what I got was a double cheeseburger with lettuce (which they said they didn't have) ketchup, pickles and onions. Here is the problem....I am allergic to onions. There were 2 patties....one was raw in the middle and the other was well done.Thanks Wendy's for trying to poison me and add an allergic reaction on top of that. I have frequented your franchise since it opened in Bolton and have never had an issue up until now. You obviously have poor staff and management in place if you run out of food like Bacon and can't get an order right after 3 attempts. Also my fries were fine but my 2 friends who had fries tasted them and they were so salty they couldn't eat them I am highly disappointed and won't be returning.....sad state of affairs running out of your primary ingredients yet during the entire pandemic you operated just fine. I also see Wendy's advertising a breakfast meal and again if you had no bacon I would hate to see the disappointed customers there as well. Goodbye Wendy's in Bolton. You have obviously gone way downhill. Too bad the option of Zero stars is not available.

This owner is a joke and his turn key BUSSINESS should be taken away, I just finished work at 9 pm, thought let me get 2 baconaters and go home.Well I placed an order to the drive threw and repeated my order 3 times to make sure no cheese because I am allergic to it,so I went to pay and when I got home both burgers had cheese.It "s not the 21.00 dollars that I payed but wrong order and the portions are smaller and the service was horrible. SO MY QUESTION TO THE OWNER IS WHY AREN'T YOU THEIR. WHAT IS YOUR NAME, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR NAME IS .YOU SIR ARE A JOKE!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THEIR IS NO OPTION FOR A ZERO!!!!

Fries way to much SALT my kids had to throw away their fries and their poutine... Also when you pay for extra toppings on a salad you dont get what you pay for. Service sucked... Sat at the driveway window for about 5 minutes beeping horn to ask for a spoon and another fork as they didn't give me enough utensils, And the 3 employees completely ignored the window. Ridiculous.
