Just checked online to see if the shop was open. It said it was, drove there to find it's closed till Sep 15. Would have been nice if this had been updated to let folk know.

Just ordered from here for first time in ages. Best Fish and chips I’ve had and hubby loved his half chicken and chips. The young guy who delivered was so pleasant and friendly and got the food to us still hot despite having to negotiate awful traffic jam. He is a credit to the business. Well done Central chippy, we will definitely be back! Thank you.

Nice to see the shop back under Rossi ownership. Staff were polite, friendly and well presented. I was in the shop for 20 minutes waiting on a fish supper but it was worth the wait. Only got one fish but it was huge and very tasty. Loads of chips too which were great.

I am a tourist from Lithuania, a month ago I was fascinated by wonderful Scottish food in this cafe: fish, chips, pizza,etc. mmmmmm the most delicious food here. The team is in a good mood, great service,....thank You for that and good luck.

Absolutely amazing chip shop .and staff are so helpful. They go out there way to understand exactly what you want .I've had a lot from the menu 😋 but the latest being pasta fish dish ...wow beautiful. Totally recommended if your a fish lover .Well done central fish & chip shop 👌
